In Object Mode with mesh selected instead of RCLICK, I said in the video, press CTRL+A > Scale before doing the Bevel so the Bevel works perfectly and doesn't stretch!
When you are in the Object Mode, press N to see the Dimensions of your object in Meters. You will also see the Scale there which we set to 1,1,1 by doing CTRL+A > Scale so the Bevel works perfect and doesn't stretch! This is a very important step.

You mean how to select 2 edges? Inside the Edit mode press '2' to switch to the Edge select mode, and by Holding SHIFT select both of them.

but a bunch of the stuff got moved to addons and or modifiers@@LMHPOLY
