I think I know what you mean about tones. Regine's style of singing is from a different era while Mori's more recent. They are both queens like you said and they admire each other mutually. Regine is very supportive of the the new generation of divas here in the Philippines. Most newcomers adore Regine and hold her in high regard (SB19 is one example, they also have a collab with Regine). This is what's good about Philippine music scene in general. The OGs always give newbies the support they need thru collaborations at the same time learn new techniques from them. It's a win-win coz everyone gains.
