Eggplants parmigiana. Traditional Italian recipe. Very easy.
Ingredients

Salt to taste
Thyme
Provençal herbs
Black Pepper
2 cloves of Garlic
400 gr of crushed tomato
Cook for 15-20 minutes

Oven 200 C / 20 minutes
