They now cost 75000usd for about 2500sqm

Most nice already developed neighbourhoods which are low density the stands will cost you 50 000 usd and above but if its a completely new neighbourhood nothing but bundu a few constructed new houses you will be shocked in harare they cost about 12 000 usd and above above . I've seen people coming from the diaspora donot like buying from the cheaper new neighbourhoods just because it's still developing I understood they are coming from a fast life they are used to being in a more fast environment so they normaly decide to buy stands in medium density areas which develope very fast since the vast majority cannot afford the established developed low density surbubs, whilst people coming from marocation especially young couples and people who want to urbanise from the village who are established donot mind at all buying stands in these cheap neighbourhoods to them they grew up in Zimbabwe they understand that eventually 10 to 15 years these places will be up market and your house will sell fir high value.
