This is the exact program Philippine government should be really pioneering instead of relying on NGOs to provide services for their citizens. Hopefully government will do something to help instead of misusing pork barrels for their own selfish interests

For adults, here in US it is called Senior Center! They have activities, crafts, games at free pick up and drop off pa.
