Giiirrrrll, a tangle teaser will save you much headache and precious Taylor's sensitive head! Amazon has several (I recommend Michael Mercier). They also help with shedding; there will be much less hair loss using a tangle teaser compared to a wide-toothed comb. I only wish these were popular in the late 90's and early 2000's.

As a stylist myself children will always be “tender head” with parent’s yet not me… i have daughters mYself & they loved 🥰 every experience. I was answering your questions BEFORE Taylor ever responded😂….what am I doing wrong “everything” I love it. Plus once their hair gets trained to the blow out they’ll be able to go back & forth with ease.

My daughter uses some kind of breakable " rubber bands" l think those bands put less pressure on the hair-
