There is so much info about how she ended up convicted that has been left out, she seems to tell us in detail the suffering there after but not clear about the insurance part.... hmm many questions could have been asked by the interviewer.
She mentioned they agreed with the client and even had written documents to start the contract, plus the only way ins. Will release the next month's sticker is if the money has been paid so its up to the client to pay and nothing is 'deleted' .... hapa no background info was sought before. As an experienced insurance agent I would treat this case as a fraud case under insurance act 2010,it is charged as obtaining money with false pretence.Your boss and you can't delete anything in the system they must get help from underwriters in the head office.I have listened to the story and I may predict what happened since I have been in the industry for over 5yrs.I can't blame you because mistakes are for human na hakuna mtu hajawaikosa what I would ask guys Let's assist the lady through her number.I will try my best nitume ata kama ni kidogo.
