@@timestima unfortunately, not yet! An historic, three day snowstorm blew in right before the party and the only store in town selling agar agar was across town. I thought Whole Foods would have it, but my local one didn't! So by the time I realized the problem it was too late as the snow had already started blowing. I wasn't gonna be the jerk ordering it on Amazon and expecting someone else to deliver it for me when I wasn't willing to travel in those conditions myself. So it is on the table for a future event.

Agar is the plant powder stuff you use to make bacteria growth plates at school. Or in professional labs. Usually mixed with LB broth in such settings for the bacteria).
Gelatin probably can do the same thing and atleast provide you some protein as nutrition. Like a Panna cotta dessert.

These are not oranges though! These are mandarines, less juicy and sweeter (usually). Could be also seedless clementines, very similar and avoids risk of having seeds in the dessert.

This was fantastic! I made it using milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. The texture is amazing and oh soooo delicious!!! Follow instructions to a T and everything came out perfect!!!!

Those aren’t oranges, they are clementine. Small in size and seedless.
In Spain we call them “mandarinas” , but I am sorry to tell you that the ones in the video do have seeds. Although nothing happens, it's as easy as spitting them out!
