People dont care how it looks like in your video, show us the resolution settings and refresh rate in windows, that will help a lot.

Is the screen glossy or matte?
The product description states the monitor has a glossy screen surface. However, customers say it is matte, which reduces glare and reflections.
Okay so ive seen diferent prices depending on region but should be the same monitor, people sayign it deosnt have 4k as advertised though might be input problem with the cable used, ¿do you know something about it?

@@Jay_Rule it has 4k but the input depending on the device doesnt work, so its the screen software that is unable to reproduce 4k from certain devices or viceversa. The menu is horrible to navigate the rest is fine i was able to get a 100% refund and get another screen for a similar price and much better specs.
Edit: aa yes HDR doesnt work in any of the devices i tested, its non-existent.
But if anyone reads this it HAS 4k 60 fps but dont buy for a console it wont detect 4k only 2k on this screen. My pc though was able to detect the 4K, windows 10 Op. Syst.
Sound also doesnt work at all, at least for me, some people say it sounds bad xD for me it didnt sound at all, i used the headphones that was it. Anyways i asked for a refund.
I have a friend who has a 4k 60 fps screen and says he wants to buy a 2k with 150 above fps for games. Apparently its much better. I did that and bought a really good screen but only up to 2 k, still looks nice and i noticed the jump from 60 fps to 120 ( max device). Night and day, i dont think its worth for gaming a 60 fps screen, its bare minimum.
Bought the TUF Asus Gaming curved screen in the end with a discount at around the moment of this comment. Its a really good screen. HDR works a bit off ( it does work but my console detects it very badly) so maybe look for a similar screen idk.

This is NOT 4k it is showing 2560x1440 on your screen.

It works in 4k and 10 bit color for me with windows 10. No hdr though, games and windows don't detect it.

I bought two of these.
I replaced one of my 1080p screens with it and put the HDMI cable, which was supposed to be 4k capable, into it.
The screen was delivering as it is in this video ... NOT 4k. ]I tried everything.
New drivers
Niveda software.
Everything I could except wiping my PC.
I eventually called Amazon, and they were great - they organised a return and promised a refund.
I thought about it and decided to test a DisplayPort cable as the monitor has A DisplayPort port.
Got the new cable.
Plugged it in.
Got 4k immediately.
Rechecked the HDMI cable - went back to sub 4k.
The issue was the cable.
Who knew??
As a 4k monitor - it meets all my needs and looks great.
Light bleed is a real thing, and it has some significant light bleed on the left, but it was very cheap, and I don't expect perfection.
I did expect 4k, though, and now I have it.
The cables I had been using for years now were a fraud, haha.

you should only output on one screen only which is the external screen so you can get 4k from your graphic card.
otherwise you will only get FHD output

The monitor doesn't have built in speakers so you will need to connect one to your pc.

I have trouble seeing this monitor as a reputable product.
I brought the same monitor and cannot get 4k out of it with my Xbox series X.
I’ve tried using DP to hdmi adapters and nothing.
It truthfully must be only compatible with Pc because it looks worse than my 1080p Spectre on that same Xbox.
Had to get a refund the product seems to be embellishing it’s resolution capabilities

It's 60 HZ doesn't look like gaming monitor

It’s not bro. I got the same monitor and had to send it back. It cannot handle 4k on any console. I can’t speak for Pc but it is NOT a gaming monitor as advertised.
Can’t help but feel slighted this product doesn’t deliver as advertised.
