    I know this is an older vid but it needs a comment. For a 1.72 scale the attention to detail in the undercarriage is fantastic mate. I know no one or not many will see it but you know its there. Not many would do it being a small scale including me up to this point. I have a couple of modern fighters in my stash and I will give mine the same treatment. Great work mate

      @@MMScaleModels I love the scratch built details, and I'm impressed even more with this being 1/72. I added lots of wires and extra bits on my 1/48 Tamiya F-16. It's so satisfying and rewarding to do.

    Amazing! You manage to do in 1:72, what I have difficulties doing in 1:48. Awesome!! Greetings from Denmark.

      Thanks Steen, I have the advantage of being able to cut the failed attempts from the video 😁

    Nice to see a gripen build. You really nailed it. I know that the real thing contains a lot of plastic parts and are also glued together. Of course somewhat more demands irl. Any way a nice build. Greetings from Sweden.

      @@MMScaleModels I know the quality is not the best, but the Italeri models were my first models. I was about ten years old then. It's a matter of sentiment :).

    • @MMScaleModels
      @MMScaleModels  4 года назад

      Back in the 90's they were pretty decent kits.... and the are still in the 90's while many others evolved. I also started on Italeri BTW but no sentiments from me 😃

    Greetings from Nova Scotia, Canada! One question...if you preshade, is it better to fill panal lines as well? Thank you, Judy

    • @MMScaleModels
      @MMScaleModels  4 года назад

      Hello Judy, regards to Canada. I am not sure what you mean. If you are talking about panel line washes then yes because they serve a different purpose.

    • @judygarnhum2992
      @judygarnhum2992 4 года назад +1

    • @MMScaleModels
      @MMScaleModels  4 года назад

      @@judygarnhum2992 While preshading creates subtle and somewhat gradual contrast in the general area of a detail (not only panel lines) a wash is adding a sense of separation between details. Hope that I explained that well. If not don't hesitate to ask again ;)
