The only time I saw that dog act aggressively was when he ignored her/his efforts to get him to walk away and de-escalate the tensions he instigated. I have seen that dog act friendly and happy and playful, but Patrick Perry is the reason for that dog being aggressive. He was aggressive and encouraged the dog to be. He should not have a dog.
I do not want this to happen to this dog, but usually when a dog bites a stranger, they are put to sleep. Why does this psychopath put his dog in such danger...? It is Infuriating!!!
He intentionally uses his dog to intimidate everyone on the sidewalk. I have a friendly, people-loving dog and I always walk her to the side of me away from other pedestrians. A lot of people are afraid of dogs. He is a neglectful dog owner. And he is always swinging his cane around like a weapon.

Someone said that he swung on you but think they might have been confused with the other coke head dude in leather that was arguing with you for like ten minutes. Was there more to this interaction than what was posted? Did he say anything to you? ESPECIALLY a person with SUPPOSED PTSD needing a SUPPORT ANIMAL that is a friggin ATTACK DOG that the owner NEVER has identified as a support animal, nor is it in a harness like a WORKING DOG WOULD BE if it's ACTUALLY doing the job Perry claims it is!! Someone in THIS situation wouldn't be in a CROWDED AREA, with THAT MUCH noise, drumming, cow bells ringing, the yelling from protesters, etc!! WTF is he doing by the Awards Ceremony as that is WAAAY out of "his neighborhood" UNLESS he knew DOA, Kam and possibly Streets would be right there! Perry ACTIVLY looks for confrontation, be it as a Scientology plant (either a paid non-member or a member, who cares) OR as just a douche bag looking for a payday like the asshats that intentionally slip on ice or wet floors to sue!!! 💜💚💙
