The mustang GT was unfairly pitted against cars that have way more power than it case in point the Audi R8 with a v10 against the mustang with a 5.0 l v8 420-460 base horsepower they wanted a better even match try putting those exotics against the Shelby gt350🤔
It was stock dude.. oh I see you can hear the exhaust..lol that was the only upgrade it had. And yes it's the mid grade gt..not premium and maybe wasn't latest version of coyote.. nice cars but I will take the coyote any day.

This is a pre-facelift Mustang with 6-speed manual and 421hp , the new one got 450hp and a 10-speed automatic. This would have been much more close and interesting. Still it did well against much more expensive cars.
