What's the heating temperature and air pressure to be set when removed or reball transistor capacitor diode any mobile components...?

Hi, for your information, temperature setting is 420℃ to remove these components.
How come you not melt the connector?..air speed?
@@HcqsUs excellent friend but you said 420C before and from our experience that may damage and cause tin explosion on the back
