My mom used to always tell me and my sister to never fight over a boy, because at the end of the day we're each other's best friend. This isn't a diss on Susannah, It's just strange to me how Jere and Conrad are that willing to hurt each other that much for a girl.
Honestly, I FULLY blame Susannah for this circus too. At the end of the day, as harmless as she thought it was, hammering into the mind of a 12 yo girl that you're destined to end up with one of two brothers you see every year (whom are also attractive) would never end well. And not satisfied with that, she obviously had favorites between her own sons (being very vocal about liking Bonrad more while Jeremiah obviously likes her as well). It's kinda wild because all of them already had mommy/daddy issues to some degree, and she did not help whatsoever
