Both are really good healer but perform different but both combine make you're team have high survival rate but when one of you're team is very low hp it instantly heal to max by ferret and when your mystic died it still heal your team

From what ive seen, although Mystic Flour Cookie is still stronger, Creme Ferret Cookie is Amazing and Most Importantly, an Easy Replacement for those who struggle to get Mystic Flour as he is completely FTP! (Just gotta wait a few weeks for attempts tho I 😁)
