Étant résident à Montréal je pense que c'est le gouvernement qui est responsable de ce problème. Il y a de cela plus de 4 ans le gouvernement a mise sur 2 groupes ethniques les chinois et les indiens pour sauver leur cegep ,école preuniversitaire,qui était dans un etat de mort cérébral.ET depuis lors les problèmes ont commencé difficulté à trouver des apt à des prix raisonnables, difficulté à trouver des jobs et en plus de cela l inflation bref it s a real mess and I don t tkink it s gonna get any better soon good luck to you frère

La crise de logement est très complexe et beaucoup de paramètres y interviennent, oui les immigrants y sont aussi sauf que ce n'est pas de leur faute mais plutôt des gouvernements qui voulaient sauver l'économie canadienne pendant et après COVID et ont ouvert les valves de l'immigration sans rapport preportionnel avec la création de logements dans oublier les taux d'intérêt qui ont étés très bas pendant COVID ce qui a causé un achat accru des maisons.
Je travail dans le domaine de la construction, au Québec, ils doivent construir 120 mille logement par année pour résoudre le problème, le gouvernement a imposé et quadruplé une tax foncière sur les terrains privé dans les zones urbaines afin de pousser les propriétaires à vendre leurs terrains aux promoteurs immobiliers au lieu de les laisser sans construction.
La rareté de la main d'oeuvre qualifiée en construction (maître Companion) fait défaut plus les délais de livraison des matériaux que les fournisseurs n'arrivent pas a respecté bref c' vraiment compliqué.
