Never seen the crane broken down that much.Seen it travelling without the boom,yes,but axles as well,no.Definite breach of health and safety rules,being on the ballast,as it is being raised.Good job it didn't happen in Britain.Its all on video.The company wouldn't be hard to trace.
In many countries the LTM 11200 doesn't have to be broken down this far. In Europe is can travel with just the crane boom removed, while in the US the upper carrier and the outriggers must be removed, as well as the room to meet weight laws. In all countries the counterweights must be removed.
I would fire the guy who,s climbing onto the ballast from inside while the ballast is beeing raised! Safety first! I don,t want these kind of actions with heavy machinery.
I work a lot with cranes and this is a serious matter! That piece of the crane is tested by lifting deadweight 650 metric tonnes! If you get squashed then we only have meatlof to send to the family!

Die hinteren 2 Achsen inclusive stützen Die komplette Drehbühne mit den beiden wippzylindern und der ausleger. Hier können wir den kran weitestgehend komplett verfahren und müssen nur den ausleger demontieren.

埼玉のとある病院の建設の時にタワークレーン解体するのにこんな感じのでっかいクレーンきてたけど道が狭いから来る数分前から道を通行止めにしないといけなかったし、その隣の病院の救急車の出入り多いわで大変そうやった。
あんなバカでっかいのが道路塞いでるんだからしょうがないですよ
本来、クローラーに比べて移動と現地での組み立て手間が劇的に違うのがオールテレインの売りなはずなんですが、日本の規制のせいで欧州に比べて、段違いに組み立ての手間がかかっていますね。
わざわざ８・９軸を別物にしたり、旋回体まで分離しなければ公道を走れないというのは、なんとも規制がきつすぎる気もします。
それだけ日本の地盤は脆弱ということなんでしょうね。
にしても、こんな巨大なクレーンを１日借りた料金を知りたいのは、私だけじゃないでしょうね。
タダノ等の国内メーカー保護の為とお役人・ポリ公様の為の規制ですｗ
アウトリガー輸送は緩和してもいいと思うが、分解してそのパーツを輸送するトレーラー数台のせいで道路に更に負担が掛かることが分からないお役人様。
因みに映像の1200t～800tであれば使用料金は400万手前だそうですｗ
夏はキャリアだけで走っても道によってはアスファルトが一発で轍ができたりめくれたりします。

本国仕様と、何が違うんですか？教えて下さい。
法が定める車両の回転半径の都合によってNX（日本向け）は
車体が途中で折れ曲がって回転半径を稼いでるとか聞いたことがあります。
本国仕様だとフレームが一本モノでNXのように曲がらないので回転半径はNXより大きくなると思います。

最近1200の2号機倒したってホント？
らしいよ
倒したって言うよりかは横転した。
聞いた話ですが、サイト間移動中、何千トン通っても大丈夫な道路を作ったが、その後、その道路に電線を埋設したところを通りハマって傾き出し、30分足らずで谷へ転がったみたいですよ。
オペさんは災難でしたね。
上が行けると言われて行ったら横転。
メーカーが移動出来ると言って、ジャッキ上げて動いたら横転ですからね。
このクレーン鳥越の足場ばらしで使いたいほどよ
