Close it all the way and open 2.25 turns , 1 turn =360 degree If it starts to get jerky at high speeds, open 1/4 turn more and try again 1/4 turn means 3 o clock

Basically to be honest our Pak mechanics have seriously no kind of awareness at all.Its nothing don't worry Little bit Timing chain Noise no Side Effects it's normal like little bit Tappet noise. Don't go that kind of mechanics. Just Change Any Branded Engine oil like ZIC 10w40 from Filter house Outlet,Air Filter etc.

Just bought ybr g 1500 driven .tuned it from yamaha shop but that mechanic was not yamaha qualified when i asked for setting he said nain tu ye aik he setting rakhi hui hy g sab ke isi se karta hn . Inshort . He adjust timing chain and tappets and after that bike lose power and viberate and feel like screaming . And one more thing to ask bike gives echo sound not of timing chain but like old ford wagon . Or like gari ke wheel ka agar baring kharab ho tu ... asked on of genius he said clutch box ke hy claim kara lain . I am now worried . Plz give some suggession .i love this bike but ........ thanks .
Don't go to any non Professional mechanic they don't know about Yamaha Latest Technology bikes.OHC Engine can't need any type of Tappet Setting just Change any 10w40 branded Engine oil from Filter house. Air Filter etc.I have also YBR since 2015 Smooth Comfortable ride better Fuel Average Compare to crap Donkey CG 12fayyyy.

Which Air Filter you use bro.I have YBR 2015 also use After market exhaust n Air Duct Removed but not Free Flow Air Filter. By the way K N Air Filter is the best it can increase HP.

Put 5w50 Liqui Moly Fully Synthetic oil in it. Subha Choke kay saath koi 2 minute tak start rakhayn chalanay say pehlay
