May I suggest something? You may want to put the subject of the video in the title for multiple purposes but mainly for your consumers to know what the topic is about. Again, just a suggestion. As a marketer myself, there are many more reasons but I actually like your videos.
if he is waking up at 3 o`clock when is he going to bed? just trying to count the sleeping hours cause i sleep for 5 hours but i wake up at 6 30 not at 3 !
