I grew up in a florist and greenhouse business that my grandmother owned since the 50s. I remember visiting the Lenox outlet in Mt.Pleasant, PA as a girl. So many of the figurines and planters you show are familiar - Lefton, Otigiri, Enesco, Lenox - I have been unloading it all on ebay myself since I cleaned out the house. I always find myself stopping your videos and looking closely at the shelves or rewinding when I see something familiar. It is also funny to me that something from the 70s is now "antique" - since it was from when I was a kid. lol
I have started to notice lamps more since I've been subscribed to you and now have a greater appreciation for them. I have bought two lamps and really like that I know a little more about them because of you educating us! Thanks!
I found my first signed Higgins fused glass plate 2 weeks ago at Goodwill for $5.00. It’s a large one in excellent condition. The week before I found a fused glass Peggy Karr Pansies bowl for $4.00 at another Goodwill.
All the colors you picked up! I love Heager for that reason. The cat and lamp for your collection are amazing. Thanks for sharing your trips and knowledge.
I remember seeing those flower arrangement lights sitting on TVs back when I was a kid. Lots of people use to keep some sort of light on their TVs back in the day.
I appeciate your connection to objects. I always have to put things in twos in my home. I don't want things to get lonely. Yeah, I know crazy. Side bar. I wish I had bought so many things I passed up when I was younger. I am a pottery collector like you. The thing is I still have it all and now it is rare and valuable. People who cherish vintage by owning it are making sure future generations get to see these wonderful things. I found most of mine in the wild but it is rare that you see them in the wild now. Congratulations on your new purchases. you are a collector and adding to your collection is the reward for what you do. You work hard buy the Heagar! Cheers!
Yes, those bunnies are Dedham Pottery. Did you see the purple beaded flowers and basket at 9:08? Is that Jim Morrison's face decoupaged on the back of a small chair at 9:17?
@Crazy Lamp Lady, I too have set things down in stores and then had to retrace my steps. Worst is the car keys! I finally bought a very bright Vera Bradley lanyard from the outlet, attached it to my keys. Now, as soon as I shut off the car, I put the lanyard around my neck. No more misplaced car keys. No suggestions for your iced coffee! Lol
Another day of shopping with the most amazing personality on the tube. Yes please and thank you 😊 I could watch you shop for hour's. Confession time...I have watched for hour's when you include all the videos from relic recovery lol. I might have a problem...nah you've just taught me soo much that I can't get enough. Have a wonderful rest of your week
I so agree Jodie you said it perfectly amazing personality on the tube yes Indeed!! Some of them after a few minutes I turn away but crazy Lamp Lady is absolutely amazing!!!
You are just so wonderful! I love watching your videos. You're yourself, sharing your knowledge and love and respect of beautiful objects and your family. What else could anyone ask for!?
Jocelyn, you take us to such great antique malls. What a treat. I started thrifting years ago because i needed lamps. The rest is history. Oh the thrill of the hunt. Your hair looks so cute in this video. I like the cut and dark color. I have a great time shopping with you. I’ve learned a lot from watching you.
Went thrifting today. Savers wasn't too crowded. I bought dress slacks, purse, sundress (all for me) and a huge vase full of jewelery. Recently had back surgery, so I couldn't hang long. Had a great time.
This was one of my favorite place you took us. I was so excited looking at all the mid century decor. I draw to orange so when I saw the orange cat I was in awe. Nice Hager lamp you got. My eyes were going all over the place. I’m going to watch this over again. A lot of good stuff in the booths. I don’t blame you for shopping for yourself. Thx for sharing this place.
Definitely ooh-ing and ah-ing throughout this video, Jocelyn. (those black and white circles and lines glasses in carrier...omg!!) LOVE the Haeger pagoda lamp! That green is stunning! The orange kitty bank is unique and very cute. That orange is so sumptuous I just want to take a bite out of it! lol j/k I am crazy for that color though. I think you picked up an orangeish multicolored ashtray? And I saw what looked like the matching cigarette box as you looked in other cabinets. Great shopping trip, Jocelyn! Thanks for taking us along 🐆🌻😎💖

@@robyncooperramsey8323 In one of Jocelyn's older videos, she had to leave a very cute bunny figurine behind because of a bad chip. She patted his head and said "I'm sorry", and I commented "That just told me everything I need to know about the Crazy Lamp Lady". So I think, over the years, she really has had to detach herself a bit from having to leave lovely things behind, break up trios, etc. for the good of her business.
The blue piece beside the Wendall AF (Lol) was my favorite. I love low, wide pieces like that. Also, the horse-,glaze pop or not.😀 and the clock! But the Victorian display box made me drool. Never see them in my region of the country.
I was just admiring your t-shirts and I had a great idea for a t-shirt. You in cartoon character with the boa around your neck like your intro. Instead of the wine bottle you hold a lamp of some fantastic choice.. I think those would sell. 🤔

I have a piece of that black with green Drip glaze Pottery, it's almost a lime peel look. I haven't been able to find who made it. I was so excited to see the pieces you grabbed. Great score on the cat, its on my wish list too.
The Doulton figurines are some I own from my grandma. I wish you would talk about their values. You always pass them by so I assume they don’t hold their original value. Thanks in advance

I'm surprised she didn't buy all of them. Lol.
I will be searching for a winking cat for the rest of my life now. A MUST have, thanks for showing it!

The blue/green basket next to the two bunny rabbits!!!!
That fancy ashtray had the Servres stamp. Exquisite French porcelain.

How do you dust those lamps? 😱 In my house would be covered in dog hair, cat hair and down feathers. And Swiffer duster fibers, lol.

Was that a blue Fenton basket next to the two bunnies you liked,in white and black. Very pretty.

Fantastic video,,love all the colourful item,specially the glass,,,so beautiful 😍 ❤ 😀 thank you for sharing 😀
