it are some theremin search it on wikipedia Theremin, you can play trough distance from the hand and the theremin he just improved it and it's the one and only maybe the new dj table^^:P
to answer the 3:35 question: he says "dankjewel" which is dutch for "thank you very much", then the lady replies: "alsjeblieft". there's not really an english expression for the term, in french it would be "s'il vous plait". it's what we say when we give someone something, so I guess "(t)here you go" would be the best english translation
