We got a phone call from someone claiming they saw someone hand someone else something, we believe it could possibly have maybe been a drug sale, therefore we are going to search and impound this vehicle that is parked in a parking lot because it maybe belongs to the person who maybe sold drugs to someone according to a passerby. I don't know what you are talking about, that is CLEARLY probable cause.

To be fair she didn't search every vehicle. They talked to the people that were in the area and was teaching her cadet how to impound the only vehicle that was there and was probably marked stolen. So you end up with a situation where you could put any person in the PD RPers place and it wouldn't change 99% of how the day went.
