The reason you cant lock it is a glitch just leave and rejoin and it shoukd work if that doesnt work try restarting your computer

How do you have Overture History but not Sailor. I have 3 Sailors at 700k rolls i can send proof in the server if you want also 2 arcane legacys and Chromatic and Hypervolt aswell. I feel unlucky for some reason and i predicted my friend getting Starscourge Radiant in my Server.
