Its not fixed, It usually depends on your flight timings and no. of people departing the resort ( they want to fill the sea plane ), you can usually try booking flights in late afternoon so that your check out on time. We had return flight at 3 afternoon, sea plane timing was 12pm
Mostly it depends on whether the option of sea plane is available to your resort or not, as far as i know cost will be around 20k per person, its mostly managed by trans maldivian seaplane
