    Thanks for another great video! Would be great to have a tutorial how you go about theme updates. Like if there is a good way to keep track of an implement custom features after updating the version.

    Thanks for making another awesome videos. I have watched every customisation till now, Can you please make a video on how to deal with the size chart if every product has different size? For eg the glasses we wear comes in different sizes. It will be very helpful. Thanks once again.

    • @theprompted
      @theprompted  9 месяцев назад +1

      You can set the size chart you want with every product using metafields. The dynamic size charts section of this video covers how to create and set the metafields so that you have different charts for different products.

      @@theprompted Hi, as I mentioned every frame will have a different size, i will have to create different pages. I have 250+ products. It will be very difficult. I tried with your different video of icons bars, its worth it. But the problem with that is it's always visible. Can't we add this to a collapsible row or pop-up?
      Thanks once again.

    • @theprompted
      @theprompted  9 месяцев назад

      It's definitely possible to display the icons as a pop up or collapsible row, but that requires some additional customization.
      I've just added a new section in the icon code link to show you how it's done with a collapsible row.

    Great tutorial as always! I would also like to request you to make a video about another feature. In dawn theme there is a section called featured collection this lets us showcase 4 products of a particular collection. Can you make a video on how to show a collection list as a header and show 4 products of each collection below it when a collection name is clicked and a view all button that redirects to that particular collection. This feature can be seen in prestige theme. Thank you.

    Hi, I'm currently on my "Theme Trial". I'm not able to find "Edit Code" anywhere. It is however available on my "Current Theme". i'm making the changes on "Stiletto". Any suggestions? Thank you.

    • @theprompted
      @theprompted  9 месяцев назад +1

      FYI this solution was designed for the free Shopify themes (ex: Dawn, Refresh, etc).
      For premium paid themes like Stiletto, you don’t get access to the code until you purchase it.
      I’ve never tested this solution on the Stiletto theme, so there’s a chance the code provided may not be compatible with it. You’ll have to test it out to see - but let me know how it goes when you do!

    How can we add offer section on Product Page before Add to Cart button?

    • @theprompted
      @theprompted  9 месяцев назад

      What kind of offer section, custom or something already available from the shopify themes?
      Regardless, you can add a Block (which is a subsection of a section) in the theme editor and drag it up above the add to cart button
      If you watch this video on how we added the size charts, it is very similar to that. Just add your desired block instead.

    Hey! I love your tutorials. These help me sooo much. I just have a problem with this one, all metafield works, but the images of the size chart ends up blurry (when I look on them, these are crystal clear, they become blurry when I add them on the pages). Any suggestions?

    Helpful.
    I created a custom block for the size chart using the popup. It has the class name "size-chart-popup". Is it possible to move it just beside "Size" Lable in variation section.
    Hope you understand, what I want.

    • @theprompted
      @theprompted  8 месяцев назад

      You won't be able to do that with blocks. You would have to edit the liquid file because putting it beside the "size" text makes it part of the variant selection block.

    This worked out like a charm! However, since I added the dynamic size chart to the assigned product via the collapsible row, my products started to bug. Now I can't add them to cart in my German version of the store nor can I click on the variants, the cart button turns grey and doesn't react and the same goes for the variant buttons. In the English version of the store, everything works smoothly. What's the issue here and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance, you make great videos!

    • @theprompted
      @theprompted  2 месяца назад

      Glad it worked for you (partially)! We haven't encountered this issue where it doesn't work on other versions of your site, but based on what you described it doesn't sound like it's related to our customization.
      Some debugging would be needed to figure out what's going on. If you want our support on this, we offer premium support to our Skool members: www.skool.com/the-prompted/about

    How can I fix the issue of these size chart pages showing up in search, or can I change the size chart field definition type from page to file and then upload the size images from the product editor instead of having to create a new page for the size chart? Would that fix the issue? Thanks for your answers!

      If you want to hide the pages from search you can update the page’s seo.hidden metafield. Here’s how: ruclips.net/video/9_zhVN4UX98/видео.html

    This didn't work for me, I tried the 3rd popup model but the table appears on all products and it's the same table on all of them. Could it be due to an update in the Shopify Dawn theme?
