Most places that have Illegal fireworks don't care. I live in Virginia, and 15 miles south, in NC, fireworks are legal. It's mostly a fire hazard fear, but really, police don't care unless your lighting them off in the middle of a forest or something stupid. Less firework sales tax for Virginia it seems :)
In Washington, we can get illegal fireworks from the Indian Reservations. They are not really "professional" grade, but they are very close. Where I live in Washington, we are not supposed to have fireworks. We have low humidity, we seldom receive rain, and it is often windy. But, we do anyways.

wow is this really that unusual AND fireworks are illegal? 0_0 you should come to europe for new years...x100... or any big national hoiday (depending on country) then you will see some really nice fireworks. Also, pretty much all teenagers can buy those ones that are in your vid, the really really good stuff however is not so accessible, thank god. :P
If this is California I'm shocked,because the cops are more strict by the state having dry land. Plus here in the mid west we can get away with it Because there isn't any dry land,but our cops here in the mid west don't say shit because they know that crime is much higher then fireworks.plus i know what I'm doing when doing fireworks to. I'm not acting like an idiot with fireworks I have a permit.

Buena park should celebrate the 4th by having an organized event.
