- Chess Puzzle: Don't checkmate in one move.
Solve This If You Are a GENIUS - Chess Puzzle Challenge
It's a composed chess puzzle. It's white to move and we can clearly see, whatever white plays, it gonna be a checkmate in just one move.
But the puzzle is: It's White to move and NOT checkmate in one.
So, you have to find out the only move for white, that doesn't checkmate the black king in one move.
Pause the video and think precisely.

You could get a second bishop on white via promotion. New puzzle - get to this chess position naturally. :)
impossible bro 😂
If two players do not compete but cooperate, maybe 😀
Yaah
It can happen naturally but the chance is 1/10¹⁰⁰ lol
Ise kehte hain unique puzzle don't checkmate in 1 . Yeh sirf ammar bhai ki hi bas ki baat hai itni achi puzzles leke aana❤️❤️❤️❤️
Din ki shuruat itne ache comment se!! Much appreciated bro:)
@@LOGICALLYYOURS 🙌🙌it's my pleasure sir ❤️🙏🙏
@@LOGICALLYYOURS I want to know the answer of 1000 rs fake note puzzle sir please tell
One doubt if both bishop are not eaten then how can both bishop be in white colour spot (i.e. one moves in white and another in black spot) as it moves only in diagonal direction.
Plus the main aim of chess is to win eating opposition all its pawns, rooks, bishops, knights and queen/minister if and making checkmate to the opposition king if possible. If i wrong please correct me.
Well, he explains it himself in the video and mentions that it's just a logical puzzle, not a real position. Did you even watch it?
Fairly easy puzzle... Feels good to solve one... 😀
There's another brilliant solution. Rook can move anywhere except capturing on g5. Because even if it is a discovered check it can be prevented by pawn g6 . Is it correct please tell
Pawns cant move backwards. Black pawns start on the 7th rank and move towards the 1st rank
White rook D6 to C6, yielding a discovered check by the White bishop at H7, but also blocking the A8 bishop's pin of the Black rook on B7. Now the Black rook on B7 can take the White bishop on H7.
I hope!
U did it
Alternate solution: While could concede.
Pls bring more chess puzzles.
Hallo
this game session is impossible. In the game of chess, the two white bishops are always on two fields with different colors. In your position, the white bishops are on white squares, which is incorrect.
Tanks
Well, he explains it himself in the video, did you even watch it?
If I take the sides where the king's are positioned to be the one from where the game started then a pawn from the white side can move 1 step to bring the queen and then we can checkmate using any of the moves we like
I also thought the same. Promote any of the white pawns to a room or a knight.
@@RamInChennai I think you've got the board the wrong way around, the white pawns can't promote, they are heading in the other direction.
There is another trick to this puzzle , where the board is actually flipped and hence it gives an allusion that the pawn is trapped
Actually you can see board's notation to see where is white/black side
Yaah 1 and 2 for white and 7 and 8 for black
it's not possible, as the rows and columns are marked
Hi, bro Iiked your videos too much.
I have a suggestion before going to the solution directly please give 1 or 2 hint then we can try again
Rook to c6
White: Rc6+
Black: Rxh7
Looks like a move I would play to somehow find a way to extend a won position, lol
The solution for the Puzzle is given below in the notation...
Rgc6 Rbxh7 (Rook at g6 moved to c6 with a discovered check of Bishop at h7, now that Bishop on h7 can be captured by Rook at b7.)
You don't have to state where a piece is coming from if only one of that piece type can move there, lol.
@@hypercubemaster2729 Please Don't be like Crabs (referring the mentality of leg pulling) dude. You should have posted your reply without wasting your precious time in reading and replying others. LOL..🤣
And by the way I would like to tell you that this is not a Channel made especially for Chess that's why I thought it appropriate to explain it in my own way for the "Comment Readers" like you..😉
Well, Jokes apart, thanks a lot for correcting me..😊
I got the answer
Great creatuve puzzle, was easy for me though cz I am a chess player
We can move the knight on the left side. It's not a checkmate right ?
Isn't there another method as if Rook leaves G6 and move anywhere now king is check by bishop on right so he will move his pawn to G6 and now it's not checkmate in 1 move
Orientation error - black starts in rows 7/8
@@rainertrier4987 oh yes
Why didn't you move white queen to E8?
If you see checkmate in 1, look for better
Awesome
I would just resign if i was black
Those 9 people who disliked the video are the world's saddest people. There is no reason in the world that one can dislike this video.
Thank you so much, Ammar brother for such content following you for a year and loved the content. 💛
I disliked the video .
@@kmsaa2832 I disliked your comment 😉
@@jessicataylor7174 thank you
@@kmsaa2832 You're welcome 😄
black pawn at g5 can cover white bishop at h7 .
it can't move backward.
G6 pawn
Moving the knight on left side is not a checkmate right ?
This puzzle is fairly simple for those who plays chess
Rc6 Rh7
G6 move
I slove it
When you knew the solution, it was so easy it hurts
Bro I just saw your video and I become a fan of you❤️
Nice puzzle
Left you move. 😂😂😂. I am digging it.
Hey White's both bishop are in white square it is wrong
I I got the answer
The only thing missing in puzzle definition is to mention white pawns moving upward or downward.
That’s pretty obvious by the start
Not really. The numbering on the board tells you what direction the pawns are moving in.
You can tell by the fact the bottom rank is rank 1 that it's white's perspective
lichess'
easiest puzzle
Badiya 👏👏
Nice
The English words are sound to hear mostly discovered check
Rc6
yo, was your account temporarily closed?
This is why I don't play chess 😀
The queen could be moved 3 rows.
@@rafaelliman8167 ya
There are no queens in play. Are you mistaking the white king for a queen?
@@jessicataylor7174 oh ya ha sorry 😅. I thought it was queen
@@Debarun_Roy It's all good 😊
There are 3 moves including your move
Easy
Am i a genius?
Rook to C6. That’s Easy bro😎
Best is to bring queen on E6
Move the king
The white king can not move without putting himself in check, which is not allowed.
Queen to e8 can also be a soln
Where is queen??
There are no queens in play, I think you're looking at the white king. :)
Rc6 easy for chess players
Yeh puzzle pahle hi solve kar chuka hoo bhai
Haan to jaa k doosra kar naa, yaha kyu bakchodi kar raha hai
Haha 😂 the king and bishop in g8 and h8 can interchange right
I got the answer in 2 mins
Totally disappointed for your answer . You said in one move .But your answer includes three moves
That's wrong man! Both chess bishop for white color are in white square which is not acceptable! One should be in white square and the second in black square :)
First of all, he said this is a hypothetical situation. And 2nd it is possible to have 2 white colour Bishop on the board, as one can produce the pawn to the opposite side on the board and can generate another white coloured Bishop. You need to learn more about chess before spitting out illogical allegation. 😌
that is really ignorance. and I don't think you even play chess
Rc6
Rook to g7
that's mate
