Hi King...Your comments on Lucy are spot on! She has a magnetic attraction as by the aura that she emanates and it comes right through our screens. We are somewhat hypnotized by it in a very pleasant way. When I listen to Lucy she makes every single word in the song special. The way she perfectly elongates the words and shapes her tones sounds like perfection.

Lucy’s voice here is soft as an easy chair with a harp playing beside the warm cosy fire. Credit to Babs for co-writing it and originally singing it. Catch Lucy in other songs not just holding a note but singing continuously in a single sharp breath.
I suggest stepping back in Lucy’s wardrobe and listen ‘Run’ aged 15. No matter how many times I watch this it always captivates. This might pull you to Lucy’s other ballads from 15 to 16.

Kings, "A Star is Born" was made four times: the original, a non-musical, was released in Technicolor in the 1930s with Janet Gaynor and Fredric March; it was redone as a musical with Judy Garland in the '50s, and with Barbra Streisand in the 70s, then finally with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper in 2018.
Such a long last note yet Lucy was still able to add a controlled vibrato.
Hello Kings 003 this song is one of Lucy's best, and it will be so hard to beat, but wait she has just released an iconic classic " A Whiter Shade Of Pale " which was released by a British group called Procal Harlom in 1967. she sings this cover in her low voice which is so different, so you will need to react to it.
