I love those bins too, especially the ones with the handles on front, because they are easier to pull out and hold on to. I organized my freezer with bins too. I, also, like those tall plastic jar-type holder with the lid that pops open. I use those for cereal, which is great because you can actually see what type of cereal is in it. I love those fridge liners. I picked the rubbery liner for drawers and such, because they don't slip. All the ideas definitely help to keep the fridge organized and clean!!! Good job!
Taking things out of boxes and putting them in the bins it saves TONS of room. i do this with my snack cupboards, and fridge. Just fyi. I think you would love it. Like my kids go gurts, or fruit snack , all boxes get tossed out if possible Thought I'd share my tip love your energy.
Double-sided tape to stick the placemats inside? I would also cut an extra set if they are washable. You could swap them out so while one set is being cleaned, you have a fresh set to put inside.
You've inspired me! I'm going to the dollar store on the way home and get bins to do my bathroom closet, my frig and my freezer. I'm going to have a busy, busy weekend!
We need a dollar store here! Tee sounded like she was saying "ice" so she could have more ice-cream. Love it when they learn to talk. Love that Zoe was in the back with a book and her ice-cream. Grace is looking older each day. Such a sweetheart.
Nicole Michaels Yes you do need a $ store! I love it! Oh say when I lost my mind and cleaned out my kitchen until 1:30am (details in todays vlog!) I found a neat little envelope from YOU completely unopened! It was like CHRISTMAS!!! Loved looking over your grocery ads, how fascinating! Thanks friend.
debtisdum What a find! Silly thing to send, I know, but I love seeing other countries junk mail (I think they are called mailers in the US?? not sure actually..) anyway, so you've seen our prices then, you know we need the Dollar Store here! Look forward to watching the latest vlog. Crazy lady, up until 1:30am, but all would have been quiet in the house and you could be in uninterrupted cleaning/organising heaven. I hope you didn't get up at 5am after staying up that late!
I have a couple of those deep bins that I keep in my freezer. I freeze a lot of meals ahead of time and then I can put them in the bin like file folders. Works our great and easy to rotate. Same goes for your frozen meat as well.
You and I have THE exact same fridge! I've been so frustrated with it ever since I bought it eons ago. I love the freezer section and what you did to organize the chaos (mine looks like that too)! I cannot WAIT to go get those pretty baskets to place my frozen fruits and vegetables in! Thanks for sharing your video!
For non sliding there should be some non skid shelving rolls in the same area as either carpets or contact paper. I use it for both placemats to keep from sliding and in glass and mug shelves so thst when stored after cleaning upside down cam continue to dry as air can circulate underneath.
you can buy rolls of this rubber stuff and cut it to size. Not sure what it is called but you can pick it up at dollar stores walmart of hardware stores. They use it to open jars or line shelves when you don't want things to move. white black beige are the basic colours. if you get it just cut a few small squares and glue them to the underside of the mats. thanks for the idea of bins in the fridge. will give it a try.
To help it not slide around, get those little gels that are for your hills to prevent blister. That way it won't slide but can be easily removed to wash.
the bin idea for the fridge is great and you quickly know what you need to get at grocery store. are those bins and other plastic stuff BPH free? keeping plastics at minimum contact with my and my pets' food has mad a difference for us.
To make the fridge placements nonslip, apply hot glue from a glue gun in fun wave patterns all over the bottom. LET IT DRY before putting them back in the fridge! I have plantar fasciitis too and rolling around a tennis ball helps, like the frozen water bottle, but what really feels great is a futzuki! A plastic mat with raised nubs all over that you stand on, it uses reflexology or acupressure to relieve foot pain. $15 at my local drugstore in the as seen on tv section and worth every penny!
you can buy at the dollar store the nonslip rubber mats for under your liners not to slip. great job. i use baggies fora lot and veggies (carrots peppers celery )washed re wrapped in paper towels to absorb moisture
I like the basket ideas but the door is always the warmest part of the fridge so anything dairy or meat should not be left in the door it needs to be on a middle to top shelf yogurts cheeses milk eggs that sort of thing but other than that I love this
I love shopping at the $ tree!! I organized my freezer using some of the bins I got from the $ tree...of course, I need to go through everything & redo it.... I hadn't done the fridge organization yet, so I'm excited to do this!!!
This was such a great idea! I always go to my local Dollar Tree for bins and what not to organize things in my room. Now, I can let my mom know about this so we can try this out. It came out lovely!
label idea you have the scrapbook punch use that on card stock and if you want spray paint it with chalkboard paint then you have as many labels you will need also the bowl you used for apples is dishwasher safe and great to use as a garbage bowl when cooking!
Judye Carter Releford They do. They are usually with the porcelain plates and cups and if not there, go to the craft section. I've bought a lot of clear containers there.
i like the way you set stuff up..if you want your liners to stop moving just spray the shelf down with some water (not a lot) and just let them stick to the shelf that way.
its so pretty! I cant wait until I get to my new house and do this. to make the mats non skid maybe put hot glue dots on the corners or run strips of glue down the sides.
love it..We have the same space in our fridge...I bought placemats from ikea that fit the glass perfectly with no left over space..They are plastic and super cheap and only cost 1.50...
Woot! Looks great! :) The liner pattern is so cute. I would suggest poster putty to get the liners to stick. You got the textured ones, so I don't know how well it work work with those, but it works great on the solid plastic ones. xo!! :)
I have purchased my containers....the reason is that those buckets r like a junk drawer. I didn't pay much, but to dollar store people, I know,u have great ideas. For me I purchased nice clear heavy duty low containers strictly for a fridge...I didn't buy them all at once so it wasn't a huge cost in one trip.
Hi you could put a small piece of blue tack on the corner of your shelve liners and they should stay put and it will be easy to take off when cleaning the fridge , keep making your video's I love all your tips and idea's ....hugs Katie x
To help planter faciaitis exercise the Achilles' tendon by doing heel raises whilst standing 10 x twice a day and lunge stretches. Don't rely on the shoe inserts to get better. I had this on both feet as well, it is very painful. Good luck Josh 😉
Side-by-sides are a pain for storing/placing food stuffs! Love the spray painting idea! Another great makeover! Oh my goodness, can't believe it's time for Clowns for Christ again! My how the time flies!!! Ugh, sweat....may be a big reason for summer being my not so favorite season of the year ;)
i love watching your vids! I'm addicted to organization now..tho i haven't started yet. and your daughter's facial expressions are hilarious. she's so animated
I don't know if you've ever been to Aldi but you would have a heart attack at how much money you would save on your grocery shopping too. Dollar Tree is great, they have awesome everything!
Love the fridge Christine! I got excited right along with ya, we need a dollar tree down here ASAP! This video made me so glad it's not summer here lol!
Hi there , I'd suggest for you to get maybe one or two rolls of the rubber type stuff that is usually used for lining the cabinets and drawers and use that under your mats in the fridge :)
I have four kids so I went to the dollar tree and bought things to color code my kids. I got tried of not remembering which one of my girls had which brush. Our oldest daughter is blue, our next oldest which is a girl is now purple, she was red but could find many things that were red. our son he is green and our youngest she is orange. I have bought laundry baskets in there colors, little baskets that sit on the counter in the bathroom that holds each of there own brush, toothbrush and toothpaste. Any time I go to the dollar tree I try to pick things up in there colors. I have also gotten baskets to use for my youngest two kids for there homeschool workbook and stuff. Thanks for sharing this video. I think I am going to looking into doing the same thing for my fridge
I am looking how to organize my fridge as well, BUT my landlord put the wrong bottoms shelf that holds the 2 bottom drawers in place in my fridge!! So it's constantly falling, it's even cracked!! Ugh it cannot take much weight, all I have is the top shelf, a small shelf and drawer, the bottom (unsteady and breaking) shelf and two drawers, seems the bins would take up MORE room?? Just as I saw in another video a lady made lazy Suzan's but they definitely took up way too much space!! And like yours, my fridge and freezer are a MESS!! Would be ashamed if someone came over and looked lol, any suggestions? Thanks
i have been so focused on not getting anything that is not a need hadn't thought about containers to organize fridge. but it might be worth looking into. tomorrow is my costco run. i have canning to do out of this same months food money. so i have to be ultra careful but if i am sucessful i will be set for a while with some staples
Hi there! I've recently learned that storing milk/dairy on the fridge door isn't a good idea! It goes bad faster since it's less cooler there :s it's better to store the condiments :) Sweet family you have!
Your fridge looks great! Maybe try the dollar tree brand adhesives. They are a knockoff of 3m strips. That might do the trick for your fridge liners. ;)
Your fridge looks good.. I curious to how the liners make things easier to clean seems to me like more cleaning work. I believe Cas from organizedclutterbug wasn't please with them and trew them out after a few weeks.
I LOVE THIS! Oh I saw another RUclipsr use contact paper on their fridge shelves (which you can buy at Dollar Tree). Then if there's a spill you can just peel and replace. :-)
The Dollar Tree is great. Are the "liners" you used for the fridge cloth? I'm a new subscriber, It's your optimistic/ cheery attitude that made me click the sub button. I too get this cheery when it comes to organizing & saving, glad I'm not the only one!
I would strongly suggest you place your raw meat on a platter or in a container of it's own, if it ever leaks the juice's you will contaminate other products, not to mention the clean up is a hassle! Also, you might want to try the rubber lining made for shelving for the backing of your place mats you placed in the fridge, the rubber lining should prevent the sliding of the mats. Nice video..
I would use hot glue on the bottom of the "liners" let it dry and then put them back in. It will give you a "rubber" nonskid surface. I've seen this on Pinter for the bottom of the little girls dress up shoes. It would work and stick to the placemats.
Good job!
One thing that I learned was to put my meats on a small cookie sheet in the fridge so all the juices do not get on the fridge.
Deana lovellette Great idea!!!
I think it's an adult thing to be so excited over getting new kitchen toys:-D
Double-sided tape to stick the placemats inside? I would also cut an extra set if they are washable. You could swap them out so while one set is being cleaned, you have a fresh set to put inside.
+Amy Doucette Oooo fabulous idea! Thanks!
Amy Doucette The

That is by far the nicest Dollar Tree I've EVER seen! Wow!

I would move the 3 shelve up a notch. Also use racks to put the bins, you can then have more room for rectangle contains at the bottom
Great job on the fridge and uplifting video all around.. Had a really bad day today and watching you lovely people helped...thanks for posting...
Petro48 :) so glad we made you smile.
I love shopping at the $ tree!! I organized my freezer using some of the bins I got from the $ tree...of course, I need to go through everything & redo it....

Miranda Borrelli-Guzman YES! Great idea! That bowl is my favorite item that I bought at the dollar store!
Use glue stick to hold the place mats in place. It is water soluble so it comes off with soap and water. I use bins in my fridge too!
I wish Dollar Tree made clear bins.
me too
Judye Carter Releford They do. They are usually with the porcelain plates and cups and if not there, go to the craft section. I've bought a lot of clear containers there.

I did not realize it got so hot in Oregon. It is hot and SO humid here in the Deep South.
You have inspired me to organized my fridge. Great vlog!
Isn't it wonderful to get organized! Great job on your fridge and freezer!
Tanya DeMillo It is therapy to my soul!!!!
its so pretty! I cant wait until I get to my new house and do this. to make the mats non skid maybe put hot glue dots on the corners or run strips of glue down the sides.
Jean Lee HOT GLUE!!!! Yes! You are so smart! Thanks!
I'm so happy I'm not the only one excited by organization stuff lol
love it..We have the same space in our fridge...I bought placemats from ikea that fit the glass perfectly with no left over space..They are plastic and super cheap and only cost 1.50...
My goodness, what beautiful children you have!! I am an organizing nerd, too. LOL Love the frig placemats. I am going to do that!!
I also do a sandwich bin..lunchmeat, butter, miracle whip and jam. also do one for hot dogs/buns/ketchup/mustard and relish.
Woot! Looks great! :) The liner pattern is so cute. I would suggest poster putty to get the liners to stick. You got the textured ones, so I don't know how well it work work with those, but it works great on the solid plastic ones. xo!! :)
DoItOnaDime There's my girl!!! Thanks for the tips and endless inspiration! I love ya!

if you add some hot glue to the back of the placemats and let them dry they will become like non slip strips.

I used this same idea from Dollar Tree about 10 years ago 2 organize both freezers. Still using same ones.
Hi you could put a small piece of blue tack on the corner of your shelve liners and they should stay put and it will be easy to take off when cleaning the fridge , keep making your video's I love all your tips and idea's ....hugs Katie x
That is the most spacious, well lit Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Wow.
I used contact paper on my shelves. Works amazing. Easy to clean and they sell it at the dollar tree and 99 cent store.
Add some hot glue to the bottom of your shelf liners. Let the glue harden and that will keep them from sliding. Just like your slip proof socks.
To help planter faciaitis exercise the Achilles' tendon by doing heel raises whilst standing 10 x twice a day and lunge stretches. Don't rely on the shoe inserts to get better. I had this on both feet as well, it is very painful. Good luck Josh 😉

AuntFruit So much sweat! Ick! We had so much fun though!
Dollar Tree!! I love that store. I love organization! Thanks for sharing.
You did a great job! I love the place mats that you used to line the fridge. That is so creative. tfs -Tai
His And Her Money Thank you! They totally make me smile every time I open the fridge!
i love watching your vids! I'm addicted to organization now..tho i haven't started yet. and your daughter's facial expressions are hilarious. she's so animated
the squishy shelf liners could work to keep the place mats from sliding.
I don't know if you've ever been to Aldi but you would have a heart attack at how much money you would save on your grocery shopping too. Dollar Tree is great, they have awesome everything!
Did you figure out how to keep the place mats in place? Have you thought about hot glue just under the corners?
I love it! I need some dressers, where I can find it verry chip?
thanks for sharing your activity with the kids. so fun
Needed a organize frig..ran across ur channel... Love ur ideas‼️‼️ Now a faithful follower 🥰
Those little clear dots could be stuck on the bottom of the mats. I found some at Dollar Tree. They work well for everything.
Love the fridge Christine! I got excited right along with ya, we need a dollar tree down here ASAP! This video made me so glad it's not summer here lol!
Hi there , I'd suggest for you to get maybe one or two rolls of the rubber type stuff that is usually used for lining the cabinets and drawers and use that under your mats in the fridge :)
no lie.i lay in bed and binge watch your videos xoxo💙💙
In your two bottom drawers in your fridge you should put fruits in one drawer and vegetables in the other drawer

I adore the color coding idea!
I love your videos!!! I'm getting ready to organized our whole place
wow...I love that dollar tree - mine has 1/4th the product. It's impossible to find a bunch of bins all the same style and color
Do you have a video of your pantry makeover? Would love to see it!
Leigh Bridenbaugh No I don't I will have to include it in today's footage;)
I am looking how to organize my fridge as well, BUT my landlord put the wrong bottoms shelf that holds the 2 bottom drawers in place in my fridge!! So it's constantly falling, it's even cracked!! Wowww & I thought I was the only one who had a freezer row like that! LOL
put your meat at the bottom that way when they defrost they will not leak all over your food
Nyna Petrov thawing meat ..the best way is to put the package on a half a cookie sheet with paper towel under the meat so the juice is absorbed.
Your fridge looks GREAT!
Sarah Studt Thanks Sarah!!!
You can use rug pad...cut and size to fit your mats..."you can find at walmart or dollar store...big Kisses"
on keeping your mats from sliding put non slip cabinet mats under them.
i have been so focused on not getting anything that is not a need hadn't thought about containers to organize fridge. but it might be worth looking into. tomorrow is my costco run. i have canning to do out of this same months food money. so i have to be ultra careful but if i am sucessful i will be set for a while with some staples
patinahunny Sounds good to me!
What kind of diet do you have your kids on?
do you have any ideas to organize my refrigerator freezer? it didn’t come with any shelves
Hi there! I've recently learned that storing milk/dairy on the fridge door isn't a good idea! It goes bad faster since it's less cooler there :s it's better to store the condiments :) Sweet family you have!

Maybe a bit of work once in a while...but it's so much fun to look at when you open your door 100 times a day :)
Great job on the refrigerator. Dollar Tree rocks :)
Living Weird Love it!
If you have a hot glue gun use that to put on the bottom of your placemats. It will make it non slip. Good for the back of area rugs as well.
you can put the slip mates like on the rugs
try double sided stick tape for you fridge shelf liners
I am gonna use contact paper for my fridge you could put Saran wrap under you liners
use glue dots on the backs of the liners, that should help!
I use the plastic liners as for making them not move if they are cloth consider purchasing one of those rubber like things you buy for rugs which do not have a backing on them so you won't slip on your floor. I do not know what exactly they are called but you should be able to find something that will do that is non skid at the Dollar Tree.
Life Paths Yes you are right. These aren't cloth. I don't even know how to describe what they are! lol!
I just started bin organization & loving it!!!
Amazing. I will be trying this for my fridge. Thank you.
Thanks for showing Dollar Tree organization.
Use museum putty or poster putty to keep them in place?
Kala A. Fox Perfect! Thanks!
Lmaooo. Did you see how the baby looked at the sister when she ate her Cheerios lol too funny
I love how excited you get in a dollar store. So me. lol
u can use double sided type to hold it down
I know it was a joke, but please tell your daughter that hiding in a fridge for hide and seek had caused death many times!!
You have inspired me to organize!
Oh my heart jumped too when I heard that; and was going to mention it, glad you said something . The fridge looked great though! Need to work on mine. --Anne
Yes! I immediately thought, "Let's not do that ever.". She didn't respond to her at all. Hm.

um wait - explain: Coffee in the FREEZER? is that to use day to day or is that 'back stock' so to speak?
Keeps it fresh...
Nice video..
the raw meat is in its own container.... she even stated that the meat she is using is for that nights dinner..
the raw meat is in its own container.... she even stated that the meat she is using is for that nights dinner..
Aaliyah Pe'a great to hear she put the meat in it's own container....
your fridge looks great
Do it on a Dime made me do this too!! Lol! U guys have such great Dollar stores. Mine always stinks lol
I would use hot glue on the bottom of the "liners" let it dry and then put them back in. It will give you a "rubber" nonskid surface. I've seen this on Pinter for the bottom of the little girls dress up shoes. It would work and stick to the placemats.
Sarah Garcia Oh how I love Pinterest!!! Thanks for the idea!
Question why do you put your coffee grounds in the fridge?
great video what a lovely family you have great ideas for organizing
I really like the look of the reorganized fridge. I would suggest double sided tape for the mats.
The Velcro at the dollar tree for liners so u can remove it when needed
I'm mad your DT has purple bins!!!! I love purple it I went with the teal bins.
we don't have a dollar store here in South Australia 😟
