It is called littering and illegal dumping putting your trash on property that is not yours, get video evidence and file charges against your neighbor.
In first story, why did the person give up financial independence to her father? This totally doesn’t make sense to me, she gave up her source of income, home, etc to go live with and take care of her Dd? Helping with a sick parent, ok, but not giving up everything. Get your job back, stop depending on him for everything, he seems to be doing ok without you, leave and let him be independent of you, if he needs help, he can call a service.
Get cameras put up around your house if she's doing this and then ask any local paintball groups about going by your house and hitting her door for a change. So that she doesn't have to focus on you she can focus on removing the paint that they put on her house lol.
10:41 there may not be any regulations about putting trash out weeks ahead of time but they're certainly are regulations about dumping trash on other people's property.
Next to last story. Sue her and get a restraining order. You have a right to the private enjoyment of your home and property. She is harassing you and making that impossible. It’s even possible to get a “stay-away” order included in the restraining order, requiring her to stay as much as 300 yards from you. Sorry, lady, you have to move now!
When she glares at you you smile and wave. When she curses at you just smile and say have a good day all while you move the bags under her side of the street. And you just continuously do that you never get mad you don't yell you do it your nicest voice. When she throws the clippings on your side of the fence. Throw them back over. When she complains say oh sweetie I'm just returning your property back to you have a good day. Then you can sit back and watch your head explode. Talked to the township see if you can have an extension on your fence to make it even higher so that she can't throw her clippings over the fence.
I would holler, "Thanks!" And put the clippings on my compost heap. She'll probably stop because she thinks they make you happy, which is NOT what she wants! 😆😆👵🐺🌵
Father's helper story: OP, you're an idiot. What did you expect to happen when you stopped helping him? And apparently, he can actually care for himself if he must. Find an outside job and couch surf if you must until you can get an apartment. If he has the finances, he can move into a retirement home or care facility if he truly needs one. Gambling story: OP, he probably figured he had lucked a way into dodging his gambling creditors and didn't want you spoiling that for him. Too bad, so sad it didn't work out that way. Trash story: Glad you put up a better fence OP. But you should also put up a security camera to monitor it. If you want a bit of petty revenge, get a couple of bags of crabgrass seeds, clover seed and dandelion seeds to blow over her backyard. Use a fan or some other device so its not all bunched up by her side of the fence. Yes, do this in the middle of the night when she's asleep. This will give her something to actually do in her yard. Maybe spread some in her front yard too if she doesn't have cameras. Child support story: The only problem with that OP, is that without a job, there's no child support payments until he gets a new one. And he may not owe back pay due to the loss of the job and if a new job pays less, the rate is likely to be reduced. Not saying you were wrong to do what you did, but there may be consequences you won't like.
'Scientist' Karen Story: OP needs to put in cameras watching every inch of her Property Line and home entry and then call the Police every time Karen tosses Trash into OP's Yard and have her Charges with Harassment, Illegal Dumping and Littering... Then OP needs to call a Lawyer to Sue Karen for Harassment and get a Restraining Order (No Contact, Stop throwing/placing things on OP's Property & Stay Off OP's Property)...That will slow Karen down at least a little since the moment she tosses anything over the fence or yells at OP, she Violates the RO and gets Arrested...
I had to take care of both my parents for three years. Had to give up my house and job, yet my brother hired a lawyer who wanted to know why I was using my parent's money for my food - I was not getting paid anything for taking care of them.
For the first story, trying to play the game of monetizing services for family is not a good one. The father raised her for 18 years, imagine if he tried to cash that bill, she's only paid back one year. I can near gaurantee that as a child, she was also disrepspectful tl her father at times. Usually the situation is the inverse, where a parent tries to call due the bill and then the kid goes no contact and are left to fend for themselves in old age. Its an almost inplicit understanding for functional families that the parents are 'repaid' once their adult children lend a hand in whatever way they can when they become elderly. At least she's honest in noting her narcissism.
I took care of my mama for 15 years until she died and then my grandmother and uncle for almost 3 years until my grandmother died and I'm still taking care of my uncle and I have never asked for money for doing it even though it's was offered many times I have always thought that's what you do for your family and I do it mostly full time with a little time to do odd jobs for some money
Full time, independent care takers, 24/7, cost around $1500 a week. If they work for a care taker company it starts around $2200. Karen neighbor-security camera's and then call the cops when she dumps trash on your property. It's very easy to blow her gasket by putting some grass killer on her lawn.
How can someone say that to your child. My kids were and are the best thing I ever did in my life. It hurts when your kids grow up and leave, my youngest joined the Navy and has been gone 4 months now and it hurts but I am so very proud of him. My oldest is in college and will graduate soon as a physical therapist assistant and will keep going to school while he works to become a full physical therapist and he has been helping me quite a bit as I have many health issues now and he is torn about leaving but as much as I love him here but I want him to have his own life and we are encouraging him to go and do what he wants to do.
All you can do is love him, and know every real American loves, and prays for him. I love you for loving him. I don't know his name you're both in my prayers
neighvor story, op should get a couple of cameras that record sound and afther a couple of weeks file for a restraining order aigenst the karen and press charges aigenst her for harasment. if she continiues afther that the police have more action they can take and if karen refuses to stop she will go to jail eventualy and most likely be forced to move from the area.
Nobody that's decent moves into their parents house for money. I think you plan on getting your father's house. Man up. There used to be a thing called responsibility. Keep the father to help raise them . They're is a thing called a doughty house. That's when you took care of your elderly
Get some surveillance cameras, video every thing, be the nicest person in the world, collect the evidence, and when she forces something stupid. You will have all the court evidence,, showing your the rational and she's stone cold flake
~~I loathe Pukes like the last one, throwing a bitch fit for having to be responsible for $89 a month? Wow, that's steep&here I was w/kid I knew for fact was mine paying $400 month. Same goes for the ones w/3 kids, for example, crying the same having to pay what's still have as much as me. Seen&heard several similar. Won't deny my needing to be responsible but if anyone has a reason to bitch..?
I’d tell her “Ok I’ll call the cops and have you trespassed off my property and I’ll get a restraining order to keep you away from your own home. So everytime you tell me to I’ll happily call them on your harassment!”
I don't understand the first story. The OP is living rent-free in dad's house, right? $500 a month adds up nicely if you don't have to pay rent or utilities.
It’s called work. The value of the work is $1500. to $2500. a month to pay a non-family member to come in and do the work the daughter does, and she’s there for his needs 24/7, not just 8 hours a day. She needs to pay taxes, pay her own health insurance, save for retirement, life insurance, etc. Let me see you do that for $500. a month. Also, I don’t know of anywhere you can pay rent and utilities for just $500. a month. If you still think $500. is enough, you don’t live in the real world.

I'd just return it to her; probably empty it onto her front porch
Just make certain that the camera is pointed in such a way that it only records upto the property line and not into the neighbors.
@@Ragetiger1 Why?
@@brandexample1776 They could argue that you are spying on their property. So as long as you aren't seeing their property, you are in the clear.
@@Ragetiger1 No they can't. If you can see it you can record it.

Trash story: Why not just collect the trash she has thrown over the fence and take it to the end of her walk and dump it?
I had to take care of both my parents for three years. Had to give up my house and job, yet my brother hired a lawyer who wanted to know why I was using my parent's money for my food - I was not getting paid anything for taking care of them.
Unless Karen neighbor was Native American (unlikely), she's an "immigrant" too.

It pisses me off when a parent complains about having to pay so small amount of child support. I pay over $1000 a month
I paid more than I could afford. Then I got custody and never received a penny in child support, yet it was financially easier for me.
