To all who are complaining that the engine is not powerful enough or it’s not built sturdy, this is meant to be a practical cheap 7 seater for middle class who can’t afford other alternatives. I personally feel Renault did a fantastic job. Quality comes at a price and they offered far superior quality and features compared to what the car is worth. For a middle class family with 2 children husband, wife and parents this car can be a boon.
Stop giving stupid reasons just because you love this car , there are lot of other cars which are made for middle class families , their build quality is good and engine is also better than triber(price 5 lacs) for example figo starting from 5.49 lacs,polo starting from 5.99 and even tiago starting from 4.6 lacs . Just because of people like you ,now some companies are producing cheap quality cars.

This is one of the best review's with lot and lot of small details about the practicality of the Triber. I own and drive it daily, home to office and back (46 - 54 kms). And can relate to things like wide door opening, lot of easy accessible storage, you can actually put 2 bottles on each door (one of 1 and other of 0.5 litre) and the most, seat flexibility with ease... The best way I love it: Remove the last 2 seat, stretch the seats to maximum limit (very good leg room for all the 5 passengers) and have a big flat bootspace (bigger than Ertiga with 3rd row collapsed, any hatchback, any sedan or in short any 5 seater). Use the 6th or 7th seat, only when needed.
I like Triber because of its practicality. They knows what middle class people wants. Those who can't afford Eartiga they will go for Triber that too AMT. Triber with Turbo engine is SONE PE SUHAGA.
@@NagaSudheerMadduru Can't say anything till company releases the Triber with Turbo engine as with the same engine the mileage for Kiger haven't changed much. Kiger with manual transmission has some 18 mileage with both engines whereas with automatic transmission it has 19 and 20 mileage. 20 is with Turbo CVT. So in this case it increased a little... but with Manual it's the same.
We've replaced our innova & the kwid with this 1 car and are so happy with it. Using the manual mode to downshift not only helps with engine braking but also to minimise the ATM lag during acceleration in real time conditions.
Driving into the 3rd year with my Triber & absolutely love it ‼️ Read about 1.2 liter, 3 cylinder hybrid power-plant Reno has just developed. Can't wait to see it do duty in this Triber. Will upgrade to it instantly ‼️😉

BTW people buying polo n driving like an enthusiast at 120-130 km n those cars provide good safety at 64kmp/h only. Above 85 all are not at all safe. So this car is for middle class families who drive decently in city n occasional highway rides in a good speed of 65-70. For them its a good car. If u really want a car for 7 people with very good build quality then buy the innova worth rs 28lac n drive that under 75kmph. Lol

Most probably you got the answer by now but I just saw the video and at 3:12 mins there are 2 metal rods which are on either side which are there to hold up the 3rd row seats which the upper release button on the seats release when pressed.. In simple words for the 3rd row seats to clip into place for back rest strength so no one goes flying out the back 😂🤣

They could have done this type of interior deigning with much better quality on duster. Funny thing is duster do not comes with this much flexible features😂. When i first got a chance to experiece triber i was surprised with the seating flexibility. Believe me guys it can seat 6 adults with avg height.problem is with engine..turbo engine will be a good addition👍
Hope 2022 duster which is being developed by same Indian R&D team will be better in terms of practicality as it’s always , ( can’t think of what will Kia offer that time )

What about the juddering effect in this car? Even i am ok with the head node in amt cars . but the juddering effect in bumper to bumper traffic irritates a lot. I am facing this issue in my alto k10 amt car. This issue kills the convinent of an automatic.
why does that happen? do u have any idea!! im owning full option ignis amt auto .. in my car morning when i take without idling my car judders .. i think this happen because in the morning without heating cause rpm to vary continuosly this persist for few sec while driving and goes away .. it happens only in the morning because of low temp. im using volkswagen dsg automatic too that doesnt have such issues. showroom told me to idle the car for few mins b4 driving in the mornin i did so and it doesnt judder
