Georgia, you have lived out the dreams of millions of people. Living abroad is not easy to navigate, especially in foreign countries to that of your own and you did a great job of it. The experiences that you have gathered and the friends you have made over the past 10 years are priceless. You can definitely say that you are living life to your fullest. I'm sure it was a tough decision but I'm also sure that moving back to the UK is going to be another awesome chapter of your life

Actually Singapore and Bali are pretty damn easy to navigate. Way easier than the UK.

As opposite to you I'm from a tropical country living in a 'cold' one now and cannot deal with the winter anymore. This year has been longer and blue feelings hit me more often than expected...It's really interesting to get to know your perspective and see how we all define our 'best life' from our own unique one...I look forward to move back home soon too. We lived in Singapore for 11 years and been back in the uk for the last 2 years. It’s hard coming back…really hard. Now the weather is improving things look better but be prepared for a rollercoaster of emotions. Wishing you all the luck, been following you for the last few years. X

Georgia - I originally found your channel through searching for things to do in Singapore for a long trip last summer and binged watched your content. I'm 34 - had a corporate job in the UK for a decade and now at this age I've just quit and I'm moving to Australia in October. Am I too old for it? Probably. Do I wish I would have done this 10 years ago? Yes. But there is no manual for life. Really cool video and thanks for sharing as always.

Will miss yourself Singapore content. I lived there as well for six years. I miss it greatly. The US is where I reside however I yearn for my house in Clements Park. You never adjust to the cold once you lived in serious heat.

Bali is pretty much now just an epicenter of mid-twenties finance and gym bro fuckboys with vapid podcasts talking absolute codshit about topics they know nothing about, all while gentrifying the fuck out of the place and making it diabolically unaffordable for the local Balinese population... Bali ain't Bali anymore, and it has been a waste of time moving there for about a decade now.
Bali came at just the right time for me, and was exactly what I needed :) Just time to start planning for the future!

Found your channel in 2019 when I was close to getting an internship in Singapore (that never happened haha), insane to think it's been 5 years since then. All the best for the next chapter of your life Georgia, your journey has been such an inspiration to me!
I'm 25 and hope to move abroad at some point before my 30s as well, and then hopefully move back to my home city of Toronto around my mid 30s to plant my seeds for the future, so I totally understand your decision! But seriously, your Singapore vlogs in particular have really inspired me to just get out there and see the world, so thank you for that.
It is always good to go home. Home is where you are welcome whatever the circumstances.

Also even while you’re back there, come back to Singapore to visit again at some point, and maybe you could organise a fan meeting event for fans, like myself. I've lived abroad several times both as an expat kid and adult. Having family on other continents was almost the standard. I'm grateful for all it has given me, but there is a flip side to it as well. These decision moments are really familiar. Singapore was one of the places I lived in as a kid for quite some years. It was a paradise. Now in my 40's I've settled in my home country (The Netherlands) for some years now and it is great. Being close to the family, especially during some special, but also some difficult times was and is wonderful thing. Singapore along with some other places will always have a place in my heart and I've really enjoyed being back there a couple of times. Asia as a whole really a special continent.
