    My Mitsubishi girl heart is smiling so big right now! What a find!!! I think you paid a fair price! Not all of us girls like hot pink for accents and lights :) I think a blue would look good with that grey! I actually did know these existed and hated them back in the day. I have since learned to appreciate their rarity. I'd like to see Wagon Wednesday get back into action! My friends and I tried to turn my 02 Lancer ES into an Evo so badly and these mods just made me think back to my high school days getting silly mods because we thought it made my Lancer more Evo :D

      That is so freaking cool, I’m glad you enjoyed it!! I do remember those days, I never personally owned one but my friend had that loud yellow with the OZ racing wheels.
      Good times!! 🤘🏻

    A very cool project. I'm still all about the 4Runner, but I'm interested in this Wagon Wednesday. Sounds like you got a great deal on it. I hope it can be brought up to daily driver spec. Thanks for taking us along on the journey! :)

    The beauty of this car is that it has a 4g69 engine a commonly used engine for mitsubishi. The eclipse has a better geared 5spd with the same engine. The outlander of the same year comes with a sluggish but comfy for daily driving commute sporttronic transmission and awd 😉 it requires a lot of work to do an awd conversion though. The cake topper is that this is essentially just a SOHC 4g63 you can swap the head for an evo head or a hyundai g4js (same head as evo) you can also swap in evo oem rods and pistons to strengthen the internals but the 4g69 has already been proven to pull some serious power over in puerto rico

      Thank you for watching it!!
      This engine surprises me every time, for a SOHC pulls very hard. I appreciate you sharing this info.

    Going to be a great project brother!! $2k was a great deal imo as you’ll probably make more than that on the RUclips and whenever you flip it. Especially with those Enkei wheels. When you first started it I swore she had headers on her, but apparently not unless they kept the manifold cover lol which is unlikely. Can’t wait to see the progress to UN-90’s this car someone treated like a JDM civic smh. Good stuff as always brother!!
    God bless~
    PS I’ve got just over 43k on my 21’ TRD ORP midnight black metallic and it had just over 31k when I bought it back in May 23’. Traded my lifted 15’ F-250 6.7 on 38’s for her and I’ve loved the increase in mpg’s. From 13-14 to 19/22 mpg’s on my 4Runner. Significantly better!! lol plus diesel is over $1 more a gallon so there’s that along with my 4Runner can be my last truck I buy and I’m 44 🤷‍♂️ lol probably won’t be as in a gear head, but I’ll probably always have my 4Runner!!
    **** what type of grease should I use for my drive shafts on my 21’ TRD ORP 4WD?? The manual stipulates two different types for the different pieces of the shafts, and of course my local parts shop doesn’t have them lol may just have Toyota do them when I get my next free lifetime oil service.

    • @VikingsGarage
      @VikingsGarage  Год назад +1

      I appreciate your support as always!!
      yeah no headers but everything else seems aftermarket and slightly larger then stock. 🤷🏼‍♂️
      i use the good type off grease sold at Harbor Freight… but by all means ask them at the dealer to do it (which they should regardless).

    • @KendrasEdge757
      @KendrasEdge757 Год назад +1

      @@VikingsGarage so greasing them is more important than type of grease used….Yeah when I was a teenager I worked at Tread Quarters an a tire/lube tech doing oil changes and tires. We were told to grease every fitting we saw on every car. I’m not so sure that happens ANYWHERE ANYMORE, unfortunately. I still need to buy a grease gun lol so I’ll just have the dealer do it on my next oil service.
      Appreciate your reply!

    • @VikingsGarage
      @VikingsGarage  Год назад +1

      @KendrasEdge757 absolutely greasing them over the type or grease. Get it at harbor freight, fairly inexpensive. 👍🏻

    4 runners are hi so id guess 28k. As per the wagon whats condition of engine and transmission?

    • @VikingsGarage
      @VikingsGarage  Год назад +1

      You nailed it in the head , she paid $27,995 for it. The wagons engine and Transmission are very healthy… I paid $2000 for it with all sorts of spares 🤷🏼‍♂️

    ? Where would the best place to sell a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT garage kept in NJ just made 35,000 miles?

      Honestly I would join a facebook group for that model, inquire there. I’m sure either someone will be interested or will point you in the right direction.
