Tbh I don't find efootball to be as bad as u say, surely the turf and texture and extra detail here and there are missing but the graphics and presentation is quite good in efootball, the gameplay in offline mode is actually good and even better then pes in some aspects such as dribbling and AI and some more features but still there is some stuff which aren't as good as pes but I genuinely think by the time they think of releasing a career mode which will be just a dream, the gameplay will be better than pes.
Will there be post-match interviews with the players in the UFL match, will there be a demonstration of the players coming out of the tunnel before and after the match, will the teams be licensed, will there be events such as conference league, UEFA league, champions league and the career of the coach?
All of these are advanced features I don`t think to see it in the early stages, The have partnered with some clubs and organizations to get the licenses, I mentioned that in previous video in the channel.🌹

PES has always been an arcade style game that has been changing along the years to try and be more like FIFA. FIFA is the only realistic (as you say) game throughout the years to now.

Efootball uses fox engine for game and unreal engine for lightings while UFL uses unreal for both. So no not the same engine
