  • A morning stroll @ 2,500 over the Vale of York.
    Logbook: Attentive viewers will notice I call the wrong "hand" on the downwind leg! (Gotten too used to going down runway 17, in the opposite direction, when going in to land). See if you can spot the helicopter near the end (and yes, I did too, before I pointed it out verbally!) Finally, at the start, when I mention "Richard", I'm talking about my namesake tug pilot...
    My later flight that day was a full 30 minutes long in very different conditions, owing to heavily broken up, but still broadly useable wave under a dramatic, rolling overcast.
