I was wondering if you still enjoy eating Russian food? LOL! Your Mom has become an expert in cooking Filipino food. Looking forward to your family’s visit to the Philippines
Haha! Sometimes I also wonder kase minsan lang nila ipakita Yung kain nila with Russian food and desserts. Pero syempre they still enjoy as much as they enjoy preparing and tasting Filipino dishes. It's another level of satisfaction cooking other country's dish then turning out na masarap pala. ❤❤❤
Love how your bro in law has become more comfortable in front of the camera. In the beginning, he was more reserved in front of the camera, now he seems non filtered and relaxed.
Mama Olga has to smash the garlic so it will be more tasty. The zest of the lemon can also be spread on the inside and outside of the chicken with the lemon juice . I have never added water in a marinade. To cook faster I air fry the marinated chicken. I also turn the chicken when one side is already cooked.. Baste it too so the chicken will not dry up. I also use lemon pepper to flavor the raw chicken and I don't marinate it anymore. How about lechon belly, Andrey? Just bake two kilos or maybe 3 kilos if it will be eaten with Liza's family.
Andre, I’m just concerned about the kids because they had touched the raw chicken and licked their hands. Salmonella poisoning can happen. Please watch them if they show any symptoms. They should be treated right away. I pray they are okay. But in the future please don’t let this happen. Im just concerned. God bless everyone 🙏

It's tastier if you put lemon grass on it ,tinolang manok also is very good if it has lemon grass ,papaya ,chili leaf ,a little chili with a small amount of ginger GODBLESS TO THE FAMILY
Good day sir Andrei it's nice that your cooking letchon manok.. but next time you marinate the chicken don't put water instead put pineapple juice or lime soda for marination and marinate the chicken over night for best results..
And the sauce of marinate don't throw it away because you can use that while cooking the chicken buy brushing always the body of the chicken that how Filipinos cook letchon manok or inasal na manok..
Hello, greetings from Cebu, Philippines! When you come to the Philippines, I encourage you to visit Talisay or Carcar, Cebu for Lechon Baboy, But, in Samal, I think you can also have someone do a while baboy lechon for you: just buy the baboy, all the spices and condiments. I would also like to suggest to bring along with you, upon your return to Russia, some ginger, and lemon grass stalks which you can plant: in a pot ang bring it inside the house on winter time and outside on warm seasons.
👍👏🎉next time Andrie, you’ll be the one doing it & your Mom Olga will be the one holding the video 👍that “Chicken Rotisserie “ looks so good. Liza is right saying that every region in the Philippines has its own ways of cooking…btw, I’ve been waiting Liza’s vlog….love ❤ Sergei when he appeared 👍👏
Have you tried Mang Tomas Sauce? In Luzon roast chicken is mostly dip in Mang tomas Sauce but in Visaya and Mindanao Region they use Soy Sauce with Vinegar as dipping sauce and in some part of Visaya they only use vinegar with garlic chilis and onions as sauce. Putting lemon grass Ginger and Garlic while roasting will add more flavor Sergie.
Im very excited all these family visit in Philippines. Must be having fun every single minute staying there. And we are very happy watching every vlog of Andrie and you Family specially Mama Olga ❤️
Roasted chicken. Pinoy's favorite. Mommy Olga good job. Specialized in cooking filipino food. First time to comment in your vlog. A'm you're silent viewer few mos ago.
Andrei, kindly ask Liza why her friend Kate and tiger blog is not making a video for almost a month now. I'm just concern because I'm also watching her channel.
It's Ber months and the weather in the Philippines is getting cold because of holiday season, if you want strawberries, you can go to the strawberry farm in Baguio City, were you can buy also different kinds of fresh vegetables. and they have place were you can ride a horse for rent in an hour for the tourist
Ate Liza its difficult to cook chicken in the beach. We always just bring marinaded pork bbq and fish to get grilled. Unless you bring a turbo cooker for lechon manok.
wow that lechon manok looks delicious, and i laughed when mama olga said that is a chicken abuse 😂, andrei you can buy lechon manok anywhere here in the Philippines, when you come back here in Davao , the famous lechon manok here are Chooks-to-Go, Why Chicken a lechon manok on top of a basmati rice an indian rice, and Kookels
If your family travel from Samal to other places in Mindanao, you just need a car not plane cuz Mindanao alone is big place, just travel to Mindanao then nearby places can take you to Visayas by RORO. Just saying
I am filipino, i saw you grilled lechon manok guys, in filipino way, but you can put lechon manok, into your oven, thats why you dont suffer too much to grilled lechon manok..... 😊❤
if you ever go to Philippines and want to try good lechon manok, try Andok's or Mr. T's. i dont know if they are still around but i remember them from my childhood. very good stuff. also, grab some liempo from them too (grilled pork belly) also forgot about Baliwag. they got some good lechon manok too
It’s so yummy good job mama Olga you did it! I miss to cook lichon chicken! I will make too but ilonggo style! I will marinate for 1 night to make more the sauce absorb to the whole chicken before grill.
Have you tried cooking crispy lechon kawali? If not, you may try cooking it. Here's how, the ingredients are pork belly try 1kilo cut it into 1inches cubes cut, rinse and put it in a pot add water 1-2liters add 3tbsp salt, pepper, slice onions and laurel leaf 3-4pcs bring into boil until the pork skin is tender. Once the skin is tender wait for it to cold then prick the pork skin using fork. Then put in the fridge for 2-3hrs or overnight. After hours in the fridge. In a large pan add 1L cooking oil and let it heat for about 3-5mins then put your pork cook until golden brown or the pork skin is showing crisp. Be careful with the splash of the oil, so you need to have a pan cover. Now once all of those pork turned golden brown. Remove and set for 5mins. Preheat again the cooking oil for 2mins and add back the pork, this will result for more crispier pork skin, cooked in 2mins. The sauce would be the same you made for your chicken inasal or if you have mang tomas or liver spread that would be good.

Sister Lisa is correct its more tasty if its cooked in the oven. And the dipping sauce is Liver sauce. Yummy!
She said it tastes better on the grill than in the oven.

You can also put chopped onion, with some minced garlic in the dipping soy sauce you used for the cooked chicken
Ingredients
Soy sauce
One tsp. Vinegar

Pepper to taste
Optional
