Great reaction I have been waiting for you to get back to Ren as you continue you will learn more about his way of seeing things for your own education you should do the eight chapters on your own to understand his health journey and where his life went and where he is now it really gives deep insight into him he really is a genius and I believe his purpose in life is to speak for the voiceless and to teach everyone else lessons of what is really going on in this dark world we live in these days his outlook is special to say the least. I will continue watching for more your awesome.
The Label 'Sick Boi' represents Ren's life and struggles to date. It also represents Ren's self-identified persona for his music and fans. He brands this persona also with an icon representing his inner demons and his dark side, the PIG. While on its surface this appears as marketing, it is and is not. It is much more real to him and his fans than not. Ironically, Ren I think wants to move on from the 'Sick Boi' image. He did just that in his new drop 'Slaughter House'. That rap song is truly amazing. And he has branded his persona with a new icon, Johnson the Bunny. You will eventually get there Lynzi. Great commentary and thank you for reacting to Ren; you have a long journey ahead of you.
Hi Lynzi, that was an excellent reaction and deconstruction of this classic song. There is so much going on, particularly when you consider the mistakes in terms of misdiagnosis which led to incorrect medication which in turn had awful side effects. Then to virtually accuse him of making it all up! This wasn’t just over a week or so this went on for years. When he finally got the correct diagnosis a lot of damage had happened to his brain. Now he’s back under treatment after having a major health set back. I used to live in the village Ren grew up in and my daughter was in high school with him, I couldn’t be more proud of him. I pray 🙏 he makes a complete and speedy recovery. I can’t wait for the new album.
To follow up from this could I suggest reacting to Depression and Insomnia as they will continue the theme of mental health and how it not only effects Ren but how it effects millions of people. Great to see you back reacting to Ren 👍😃

In his interview with Zack Sang (which was excellent) he said the pig represents greed but also his illness. He said it's almost like an ever-present uncomfortable companion. On his best days, he hurts. I would 2nd the suggestion that you go to RenMakesStuff & watch the 8 chapters.
It is very likely a criticism of psychiatry and the medical profession in general. He was gaslit by doctors who, for years, misdiagnosed him with mental illness he did not have. He is also, ironically, criticizing the ‘big’ music industry that is greedy, and parasitic against artists.
Not trying to be a wet rag but...after hearing numerous reactors asking to pardon their "French" after cussing, I would be very grateful if you would consider not using that phrase. After all, you are potentially reaching an international audience and, quite frankly, if you are so offended by your own cussing, by all means, do beg forgiveness but just not in the name of the francophone people. It’s just a dumb little saying that I honestly don’t even use, I’m just kinda awkward and get worried about how my potty mouth will be perceived in these videos. I didn’t realize how it could be offensive, and I’m sorry! Won’t happen again. Thank you for calling it out ❤
