Just found your video; You are talking from your Cryo sticks out from the fridge, correct? My Cryo sticks are always in the freezer so I'm using them straight out of the freezer... is that also OK? Another question, if you would want to, can I do this/ use this cryo sticks this way.... every day?
@vickyrafael1 Nuts did I say fridge? If I did please accept my correction - It is indeed the Freezer where I store them. I wash and place them right back there after each use. Absolutely you can use cryo sticks everyday. Your face will than you for it! Let me know how you make out. Results are contagious to consistency! We just launched an Executive Lifestyle program to pair with the Executive and Business Coaching I perform in partnership with some vey incredible clients. I love ❤️ organic rosehip oil! Organic pharmacy first press rosehip oil is my favorite. I also love using a cleansing oil by @ogee also and a nourishing combination of face oils by @mutha
Hey @jordanbeaulac You can get most of the same benefits at home. If you set a calendar time block on your phone and do this 3x a week you will see more significant results than visiting an office infrequently. Some main differences are 1. In office you are working with professionals who do this everyday and will be rapidly sharpening their techniques. 2. They may use finishing Serums that leave a temporary glow. 3. They use nitrogen for the whole treatment in some and in others where they manually use chilled instruments they often use nitrogen coated swabs to then "seal" the treatment. I have gone both routes, invested in receiving these in office and learning the techniques and acquiring the tools to do at home. My long term strategy is at home (non gas based using instruments) for these reasons: the more I can do from wherever I am in my weekly regimen allows me to stay consistent with a very heavy travel schedule. I take my cryo sticks with me while traveling and always request a fridge. I use them before arriving at early meetings or conferences and it takes 3 mins to do a quick pop in treatment whenever I need a bit of tighter look thats awake! Finally far less expensive to learn to use the tools and train your skins elasticity to compound the anti aging benefits daily or weekly rather than trying to catch up once in a while. Warm wishes and hope this helps you chose an antiinflammatory lifestyle that best supports your sustainable success 🙌
Yes I love the frequency and the difference in the contact of the the sticks. I can do as often as I want and it contours aswell. In the cryo facial they do in retail wellness centers where they use nitrogen, it will give you the element of the cold and circulation increase, but it lacks the contact massage of the muscles under the skin and gliding on the tissue that really helps with toning and firmness

Do you think there's a big difference between getting a cryofacial or just doing the cry globes at home? ❤️
