If you mean the bit at the end with the slide puzzle, there's a board in the background in the final chamber that shows what the puzzle is supposed to look like when you've done it correctly. I don't think there's any specific pattern to follow because the blocks are not in set positions for each time you play the level. I think you're just supposed to randomly shift the blocks around until you get them into the same positions as the board on the back wall.
is the voice acting different in that game or something because the voices sound different during the cutscenes and they say different things than they do in the movie
I might be wrong here, but I think certain characters' voices (during film clips at least) are just recycled audio from the film, so they're the same actors; two cases in point -- Marlin is still Albert Brooks, Dory is still Ellen DeGeneres. But I think with some other characters, Bruce for example, they must have either used different voice actors or re-recorded the audio.
