Hey brother just a tip from an HVAC/Refrigeration/Commercial kitchen equipment tech. The placement of your thermostat controller is not ideal. The remote controller also acts like a thermostat and will sense the heat coming from the condenser on that refrigerator. It will likely run longer than needed and use more energy than needed. Same or worse if installed by the cooking equipment. Best place for it is by the unit itself but away from the supply air stream. That way it's reading the return air temperature which is ideal. Again beat of luck and may God bless your business.
