it really isnt optimized though, hell even the luster soldier isnt that good in DM, uses poly instead of secret of dark magic, i can keep going but you get the point a lot of bricky cards that don't do much, i would probably change half the cards in his deck if i wanted it optimized (as a dark magician deck) although in his defence dark magician decks on master duel is super expensive cus majority of the deck is ultra rare rarity source: i've only been playing this deck for the last 3 years and no other deck.
@@holy15master yeah, at second thought his deck didn't really focused on summoning specific DM boss monster. This deck also suffers from not having IOC available on the card pool yet
Funnily enough, at the end of the Battle City arc the Pharaoh keeps his promise to Joey: give him back his Red Eyes Black Dragon (which Joey gave to the Pharaoh and refused to take back until he could beat him). Of course, Joey insists on dueling it out. We don't get to see the duel, but in the following arcs we can see Joey use Red Eyes. That means that the first duelist to ever beat the Pharaoh wasn't Yugi, BUT THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND, JOEY HIMSELF
TBH, using this deck, he already bodied a Branded Despia player despite several misplays. Just a few more improvements needed. Unfortunately, the deck is a sitting duck on Niburu.
