I dream with acceptance of humanity, for goodness of world, others, self, spirit intention, liberated with creativity.

This seems to be all the hippie nonsense I despised working at various projects, that just eats time and makes people carry around everyone else's problems. All participants in all dragon dreaming videos I've watched so far seems to be the same baggy clothes and messy hair hippies with tinker-bells and incense stink. I see no substance, no method of measuring progress and performance, and no structure for keeping a project on a coherent course.
I really made an effort to try and understand dragon dreaming and see if there was anything there that would be useful for my projects, or to add to my processes that I have gathered over 12 years of travelling and participating in projects and communities, but I found nothing even remotely useful compared to modern established flat structure project management methods like Scrum or Kanban.
Kanban boarding with planning poker, WIP limits, story points, breakdown charts and project planning templates that includes celebratory release parties are still faaAAAaar superior to dragon dreaming, creating superior workflow and team inclusion without the woo-woo touchy-feely stuff. My experience is that the reality of achievement is a FAR better social glue than ceremonial kumbaya rituals, and despite the perceived complexity of this, the whole introduction typically takes me only about 45 minutes to teach to a group of participants.
