so simple and yummy... is it supposed to be consumed cold? I didn't see the final soup mix being boiled/cooked..
It is served hot, and you pour hot noodle water over the sauce~ 🥰
@@vickywang1803 I see.. what would happen if you put room temperature water and then boiled it to boiling point? wouldn't that cook the veggies better and also allow them to "soak" the spices?
@@rakavatar1086 you can give it a try and see how the taste profile differs! Btw, the veggies in the video were boiled with noodle and were well cooked.
