Друзья, спасибо за видео, скажите, как всё-таки максимально аккуратно снять аккумулятор? Прогревать феном или вытягивать клей из под него? В роликах не уделяют этому внимания либо силодером его отрывают.

И так и так, еще дополнительно можно использовать изопропиловый спирт и плотный пластиковый лист как например защитная пленка. Силой можно повредить шлейф с внутренней стороны или матрицу.

Добрый день! Подскажите пожалуйста, динамик разговорный(speaker) чтобы поменять, не надо экран снимать?

Здравствуйте, не понятно, что значит экран снимать. Динамик расположен под печатной платой и вклеен в отверстие в рамке модуля. Можно аккуратно подковырнуть или если клей жесткий - использовать фен, но тоже очень аккуратно.
