When it comes to point defense, the Bastion sentry turrets excels and is effective at keeping the arachnid at bay. Even though it explodes after using up all of its ammunition and isn't as strong as a typical sentry tower, it can still kill Arachnid. Remember that the Sentry Turrets can be destroyed by an Arachnid.
When you crouch inside your barrier even Tigers cant one shot you. I use Heal Beacon with both synthetic shields so i can pretty much tank out all bugs but Grenaders.
The level 90 addon must've been REALLY recent, I didn't even see it in your loadout. I agree that the sentry is amazing. If you maintain as close to 100% uptime as you can...you'll end up with more than 400 warrior bug kills during ARC and Horde missions. I also run the Split Shotgun on Bastion and it's amazing for actually killing bugs...not just tagging them for points. When my Bastion ends up with 350-450 kills at the end of the match...that's the number of bugs I killed...not the number I just tagged with a few rounds. Pro-tip: Don't shoot your shotgun down to zero. If you zero out your weapon and reload, you get two separate reload animations being the mag replacement and the charging handle manipulation for loading the first round. If you reload before zero, you replace the mag and keep shooting...it's faster by a full 1.5 seconds which is time that you NEED when a tiger is bearing down on you.
Honestly with how fast you can level right now with the 2xp, not to mention that they were going to bring back bonus exp after 0.7.0 drops, it doesn’t take you very long to level up. Take into account the new update is revamping everything at least until the official release of 1.0 (full game). All things considered, I have no problem with any of this, as after 0.7.0 you keep any and all progress going forward.
@@whitefaze13 doesn't matter to me as early access supporters risk it to make it as good as its getting now. Also did they caveat they would reset xp when purchasing or when rolling out from the start? Still wouldn't make it right.
@@demaniac89 while early access isn’t a beta, if they truly revamp everything from what it currently is, it only makes sense to reset things as opposed to allowing players level 70-80+ to keep everything. Because here’s the other problem you run into, despite what you might think about keeping vs. losing things. People that often max out much sooner than others risk losing interest in a game before the devs can roll other new stuff out. There’s more merit to a game when a player has something to work for, especially if it means a complete redesign to the original way it works. That being said, let’s just hope it’s a solid update.
well, to me it feels like those ppl wanne find something to hate on this game. tbh i leveled from level 30 to 100 in less than 2 days with the hunter. so no idea what u guys all cry about. battlefield 2 took me like 1500 hours to reach 4 star general. 2 days for 70 level i dont even get a itch in my pants
The saw has the ammo but I still don't like the recoil pattern in barrier mode and not. I feel the autoshoty is more stable and harder hitting and has decent ammo capacity before running extended mag
I think it depends. The saw has more range and the 300 mag clip slaps for holding ur own. The limited range of the shotgun can make the battle feel overwhelming esp when gunner bugs are hitting u and u have to wait for everything to swarm ard u with ur 24 round clip

the music sounds like it came from the first starship troopers fps game or STO
Lol I think your the first to ask. It james Cameron aliens. Titled futile escape
I don't like this game anymore since the devs JUST said they are resetting all our XPs. So much for being early access supporters

Oh I know but it looks like the devs added your barrier can be destroyed now so I feel naked😢
at least they're making it a 10 sec CD now
which is better the saw or the auto shotgun for bastion

Can you add ammo to sentry guns?
Yup, just have to have sentry ammo available
@@AGuyNamedRaf sentry gun not using any ammo form ammo depot
you can add ammo to built sentry guns (with the B tool). Your deployable sentry has a fixed ammo count
