i have this, ROK espresso gc and the grinder... i cannot for the life of me get shots like that to come out. they look watered down. i cannot get the crema at all like you got in this vdeo
I have the same issue. With my latest shots i tried to reduce grind size and increased tamping force. I m starting to get better results for crema and better exctraction
You need to use good grinder and fresh roast beans. I use 1zpresso Q2 and get good result and fresh beans from local roastery shop. I think your ROK grinder is already good, try to set finer. The grind size should be in between powder and salt.
