Thanks for the review. Question about sizing. I'm normally a 34 pant, but when I do what the KUIU sizing chart is suggesting they have me in a 36, probably a 38. That seems crazy for a dude my size (5'11", 185lbs, regular build). Going to definitely order me some with the ACS jacket for this fall
Their sizing runs a little small. I would go one size up if wearing base layers or a IWB holster. All my Attack pants are one size up. Thanks for watching!
sound like they good for winter / fall only . I as well hate swamp ASS. Great reviews . You should do more on fishing gear , and other stuff . your very good and forward on detail which I like. we all work hard for our money and the sport we love . I hate throwing it at crap! keep it coming ! be safe!
Thanks! Glad people find these vids entertaining. I strive to make reviews about gear that I truly love. I have a couple more items that I like and some extra time on my hands. Thanks for watching, stay healthy and safe out there!
No not at all. Look at the Tiburon pant. Same cut and features, much cooler and a long lasting water repellent material. Days over 70 degs, the attack pant stays home.
Great pants. However, they pill worse than any pant i have worn in Southern Arizona. No tears or total failures, but they look like garbage after only a few trips through catclaw.
Be ware, the pockets suck. Front hand pockets and back pockets are way too tight, not practical at all. Additionally back arent deep so a cell phone hangs way out and to make access worse, they have a zipper that digs against your hand bc theyre tight (who even likes/uses zippered back pockets?!?). AND they have a flap stitched on 3 sides to further frustrate getting in and out of. Who comes up w these pocket designs? Lol. Kuiu needs to look at Prana pants for pocket design.

Nice review. Can't wait for mine to arrive
They are great, Tiburon are good for warm weather. Used them during this year's dove hunt. Thanks for watching!
Awesome video! What is the name of the solid colors? The brown and grey?
Brown and gunmetal
I just ordered some for $104 on sale. I am interested to see how they compare to my First Lite stuff.
Yeah the sale had some good deals this year. I hope they work out for you!
@@WavesTrails I love them!!
Think I'm gonna pick me up a pair now, thanks!
Get the tiburon for summer
So probably not the best for hitting the trails in Florida summer heat.….good review, thanks.

Just bought the tiburon. They're 🔥. Best hot weather pant on the market
I have a few pairs of them now. I've replaced my Outdoor Research Ferrosi pants with them. I may do a comparison video soon.
@@WavesTrails definitely should do a comparison video - i cant decide which one to get the tiburon or attack!
Just for the intro. 👍
What Outdoor Research pants were you referring to?
Outdoor Research Ferrosi pants.
Do the different kiui pants share the same athletic fit ?
Yes, I find that the 4 different models I have require at least 1 inch size up.
Great pants. However, they pill worse than any pant i have worn in Southern Arizona. No tears or total failures, but they look like garbage after only a few trips through catclaw.
How is the sizing? I heard it was way off.
They are more athletic cut. Like boot cut jeans. I size up for layers and comfort.

The pockets do fall short. I've resorted to not carry anything in them while hiking other than a slim pocket knife.
