@@deeganvirden2579 alright the only difference between a lawn mower and lawn tractor is that a mower only has a motor and a drive belt a lawn tractor has a motor and a small transmission that is gear driven the clutch on the mowers just loosens the tensioner on the drive belt
Instead of using a screw driver to clean the points get a pack of those finger nail emery boards women use. They u the right thicken that they won't effect the gap
Great advice! But I actually have some really fine 1800 grit sandpaper i used from when I did my cars fenders two summer ago, just didn’t have them down at the unit during recording plus they weren’t dirty anyway since it was brand new.
I really like watching you remake these old pieces of equipment and cars it’s very cool to see them start again!

Great work. Next time you use RTV don’t wait to torque/tighten down lay your bead down and put it all together and tighten down.
Hmm interesting all things I’ve heard on how to use it is to let it slightly set up a bit then crank it down so once tightened it would seal better.
