For the first story my dad is a 25 year experience plumber and he teach me the one rule to follow, ALWAYS CUT THE WATER OFF FIRST BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT PIPES
3 rules for plumbing. 1 don't put your fingers in your mouth 2 shit flows downhill 3 payday is Friday. I learned those from an old plumber when I was a child.
It's used by multiple businesses, however its also classed as private land, therefore they could have been told to leave by any one of the shops by a simple call to the police. While signage may be needed in most cases, if someone from a business asks you to leave and you fail to move your car it can be removed at your expense in many counties.
The manager's failure to put up signage was stupid and lazy. Could have even delegated it. Not defending the idiots, but 10 bucks worth of signs would have simplified the situation.
@@Ryanthusar Last I knew, Australia was the exception to that rule. Some idiots tried to start doing that "tow-away" nonsense but last I knew it had been ruled illegal and "theft of a motor vehicle" so if someone wants a vehicle removed from their property, they have to get the police to authorise a tow. (Note that I'm not totally up to date on exactly how the law stands in this regard so some of the above is my best guess from what I do know. Anyone who knows better can chime in and I'm not going to be offended).
That is first rate revenge. Do an end run around them and get their tow company to leave you alone AND bill the HOA. Brilliant. Wonder how long it will take them to realize, since they probably have so many people towed.
HOAs should never be mandatory if they exist. But IMO the manner in which too many are run should be outlawed. Too many of them act like their rules are higher level than even federal law and citizens' rights.
At the WalMart where I was employed, I had just returned from lunch. There was water streaming from the Men's room in the back , halfway to the front door. The one inch supply pipe from the urinal had become disconnected, and no one on duty knew where the shut-off was.
Going to assume normal convenience store employees. Which should be 5 OSHA violations. No certifications for working with plumbing or electronics. No safety checks. No safety equipment. Did not cordon off the work area. Could be more but those are the ones off the top of my head.
@@nemonada1323 I am UK, not US, but what you say makes a lot of sense. We may not have OSHA in the UK, but we do have very strict health and safety rules similar to OSHA.
It means a place where you can get treated quickly without going to an ER. For serious problems you go to an ER. Get an upset stomach or a bad cut you go to an urgent care, sometimes called a "Doc in a Box", to get treated. If you have something serious like a heart attack you go the the ER. And once in a while, as happened with my late brother, someone goes to an urgent care with what they think is a non serious issue, and the urgent care discovers it's actually a serious problem and calls an ambulance.
Road Toads = bicyclists ( the one's who take up a full lane riding 3-4 wide i assume ) either way i like the name road toad i'm gonna use that one from now on
Really? The headline story was very anti-climatic. Amy other story in this video could have been chosen but the Non-HOA Homeowner getting harrassed and having a deal with the towing company shows the problem was immediately solved.
the bike nerds are ALL karens......in S. C., where I live, multiple bikes must stay right and single file.....so, they continue to ride in packs, blocking the entire roadway, and go into hysteria mode when drivers try to get around them

I am in no way a plumber, but I think even I could figure that out! 🤣

I don't think you need to be a plumber to know such things.
I'm not an electrician, but did you know you should cut the power to the area you're working before starting work on electricals? Shocking, I know.
@@BaoHadir that's truth but funny enough my buddy forgot that and learned the shocking way which was funny but he wasn't badly hurt
It’s your parking lot. Post it, tell all bikers. “Because of Kevin NOBODY but clinic business can ever park here”

Guy parked illegally and then thinks that the ER clinic is going to pay for it? He needs to start living in a real world.
I like how OP is making the HOA pay for wasting their time

Very anti-climactic HOA story. Was hoping for more.
same here i got to the end and was like is that it.but still good on op.
The OP said lets digress. That means to not move on to the story. It should have been let's not digress.
Pretty sure the manager insisting that OP install the machine is breaking all sorts of OSHA rules?

Was originally confused by the term"urgent care" when they started using it here. Actually seems to mean exacty the opposite.
Yeah sounds more like a triage system to me.

Story 2,, term bikers is inappropriate. These are bicyclists. Ride around with very thin seats shoved up there butts
Or you could shorten it to cyclists
Cyclists*

Love the last one!!! 👍
& gotta be honest I hate Road Toads so sucked in the Kevin & his idiot Lycra wearing mates! 🤣
