Hey friends! (Campaign 3 spoilers ahead!!!!)
Today I’ve got something totally different for all of you! This is a song about Dorian Storm from Critical Role Campaign 3 :) Dorian leaving after being around for the first 14 episodes of C3 wasn’t completely unexpected, as I always knew C3 would have multiple guests throughout, we already miss him (and his actor/creator, Robbie Daymond!!!) immensely.
I went for lots of very flowery metaphor because Dorian is a bard, and I wanted to honor that by making something bard-ish in nature! Also I have lots of feelings about Dorian being separated from Orym and Fearne for the time being (crying).

Well. Well well well...That was truly something different all together! Admittedly I had to listen to this a few times to get the full impact, but once I did, this nearly felt like a prophecy, weaved together by a poet's quill from days of old! The instrumentation is classic, moody, and gorgeous. Your vocals quite sincere, beautiful, and at times, even a tad serious in tone. The storytelling elements are solid as usual, and the messages within, ever so compelling and strangely relatable.
A lovely and meaningful piece for sure! Your music never fails to speak to me, despite not always knowing the source material presented. Regardless, excellent work as always!
